All Levels : Yoga: In this class you will link movement to breath, working through a sequence of postures as the breath flows in and out. This class style is inherently diverse and sequencing will vary with each instructor’s personal flavor. This class is an "All Levels" class, the instructor will guide you through your practice, offering modifications if you are just beginning or offering options if you are an experienced yogi! Vinyasa Yoga : A vinyasa class in a heated room to allow for deeper stretching and cleansing. With an emphasis on alignment and an expanding range of more advanced postures, this flowing class will move you in all directions and test your own perceived limits — mental and physical. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, always new and challenging. For intermediate to advanced students. Intermediate/Advanced.
Gentle Yoga : For those who want a comfortable, nurturing yoga experience with lots of stretching and breathing exercises and deep relaxation. This class is perfect for maintaining or expanding your current range of motion as well as creating a more conscious connection between your body and spirit. All levels. Non-heated.
Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a delicious surrender into quiet, supported postures on bolsters and blankets. Given props, the student achieves poses without muscular strength, facilitating release and relaxation that will calm the nervous system. This class will journey deep into supported postures with a focus on postures that lengthen the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, and lower back. Pranayama techniques and meditation is also part of this practice. Yin Yoga helps relieve the effects of chronic stress and each restorative sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions. Enjoy nurturing hands-on assists that move you towards a peaceful replenishment of body and spirit. Restorative yoga is a wonderful compliment to any level of practice. All levels. Non-heated.
Candlelight Vin/Yin Yoga - Find relaxation and balance with this class that will open you up, invigorate you, and restore you. This class begins with a series of deep yin postures to relax, unwind, and open up the energy pathways. Halfway through class, we move into a vinyasa sequence linking movement to breath, followed by a deeply relaxing savasana. Perfect for all levels. We keep the room slightly heated.
