CoreAbility provides adapted group fitness classes for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

When given the opportunity and challenged, everyone at their core has what it takes to improve their physical fitness.

With CoreAbility, individuals with special needs will get and stay fit.

Together, we will succeed.

Who We Serve

CoreAbility serves athletes with intellectual disabilities ages 13-21+. We have found this age range is where the gap exists for regularly scheduled, intense physical fitness opportunities.

Athletes will get fit in a safe, social, and motivational environment.
