Circuit Conditioning

Total body workout, moving through various circuits that include strength and cardio moves. Circuits include exercises on the treadmills, rowers, TRX, battling ropes, BOSU's and other modalities for a maximum calorie burn. All levels welcome.

Upper Body & Core

A 45 minute total core plus upper body muscle conditioning.

Lower Body & Core

Whether you want to increase your sports performance, lose weight, or just make everyday movement easier, strengthening your lower body is key. Your legs are the wheels that carry you through the day, so you want them to be strong!!With minimal equipment, this workout will shape your glutes, thighs, and calves. Get a core blast at the end!

Body Strength & Conditioning

Are you missing the circuits & stations? Missing all the fun equipment in our classes? Here's your chance to return to class in a safe way and get a killer workout! Medicine Balls, Bosu's, TRX, Weight Benches, Ab Dollys are BACK! Join the fun and cameraderie!!! All levels class.

20/20/20

Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of spin/cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work

HIIT & Strength

HIIT utilizes short, timed sets alternating between cardio and strength training – also known as Metabolic Conditioning. Each session incorporates cardio drills, plyometrics, TRX, kettlebells, rowers, treadmills, battle ropes, medicine balls, gliders and more. Keeping your heart rate up and working your core with each move.
Lots of tricks to keep the workouts fresh and get you fit – as well as great energy levels and great music. No two sessions are the same and utilize many different energy systems, making it an amazingly efficient way to achieve the results you want.
The workouts are so effective you continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after a class. HIIT is a minimalist workout with a maximum return!20 second sets. 30 second sets. 60 second sets. I promise you can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds!

Sports Stretching

Stretching increases your range of motion and flexibility by making your soft tissues, such as muscles and ligaments, longer by decreasing stiffness. It can also help improve your performance in your sport, help with soreness after exercise and lower your chance of injury. Props will be used, such as foam rollers and bands to aid in the stretch.

Tabata Conditioning

45 minutes of cardio and strength interval training using bodyweight, dumbbells, medicine balls and more. TC is an ever-changing mix of functional movements like squats, lunges, planks and push ups designed to rev up your metabolism and build long, lean muscle. With an emphasis on movement in different planes, TC also improves your agility and balance. Stay in the Game with Tabata!

Balanced Barre

This is a flowing, total workout consisting of 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes barre, and 20 minutes mat work to build endurance, strength, flexibility and balance!

Lift & Sculpt

Lift & Sculpt is a full body workout designed to target all muscle groups. Each workout will work on upper body, lower body and core exercises utilizing various equipment such as free weights, bands and body bars. This is an ALL levels class appropriate for everyone.

Cardio Box

Cardio Box Fitness is a high intensity functional fitness program. Our instructors goal is to bring you to your peak level of performance in a short period of time and keep you there for as long as possible. The focus is always on functional fitness, ultimate endurance, and of course....fighting skills! You will hit the bags, work with battle buddy's, and always feel a sense of camaraderie. Whether you are in peak shape, or recovering from injury, our instructors are equipped to help you maximize your workout. Clients will see increases in core strength, stability, flexibility, explosiveness, and cardiovascular endurance in very little time. We believe that every workout is similar to making a deposit in the bank. When the time comes in the real world to sprint, crawl, jump, lift, twist, turn, or fight, will you be ready to make a withdrawal?

Fitness Power Hour

Take your workout to the next level OR just change it up. This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You will get EVERYTHING you need! We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end!
