Ashley Nicole

YOGA INSTRUCTOR 500RYT

Ashley Nicole started practicing yoga in 2010 while attending college in Boulder, Colorado. She immediately fell in love with the practice and she used it to help her through periods of stress, anxiety, and depression. She believes yoga and meditation are the keys for cultivating self-awareness and long lasting, healthy relationships. Ashley began teaching in 2014 upon completion of her 250-hour and 500-hour training programs. In 2018, she decided to dedicate her life to yoga, took a leap of faith, and left her corporate marketing job to travel, teach, and study yoga internationally, most notably in India. She loves to incorporate what she learned while traveling into her classes and looks forward to sharing her insights with you in her creative, challenging, yet mindful flows. Her intent for teaching is to share the joy and healing that yoga has brought her with others. She plans to continue studying yoga and is committed to a life-time of learning and self-development. As long as she is helping her students, they are helping her, as she believes, "In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn."

Ashley is a Level 2 IAYT certified Yoga Therapist and also has certifications in Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Nutrition, and Women’s Fitness.

Ashley Nicole instructs the following:
  • LIVE DIGITAL: VINYASA YOGA - ALL LEVELS
  • Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.

Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. Good for those looking for balance, alignment, functional strength and a deep stretch. This class will be customized toward the students in attendance. Come to your mat for strength and peace. Heated, 80-85 degrees

  • GENTLE YOGA (MILD HEAT)
  • This a mild heated (76-78 degree) class uses slow, easy movement, with an emphasis on connecting the body, mind and spirit. The focus of this class is to strengthen the body with breath and ease.
Beginning with a warm up, 1/2 sun saluations, standing poses, balancing poses. We then move to the floor to core and back work. Ending the classes with stretches and savasana.

  • AUTUMN EQUINOX with Ashley Nicole
  • Join Ashley, therapeutic yoga teacher, RYT500, and yoga therapist, C-IAYT, in celebrating the Autumn Equinox with a ritualistic workshop that includes two hours of yin yoga, meditation, and a short journaling practice.

No matter the time of year, a change in season never ceases to stir up intense emotion. This is not a coincidence! As nature transforms, we too can feel energetic shifts occurring within and around us. Instead of allowing the shifts to throw us off kilter, we can remain steady by welcoming the new season with rituals, body work, and mindfulness.

During the fall season, the temperature changes, the leaves begin to turn, and the days get shorter. However, on the Autumnal Equinox, which marks the initiation of fall, there are equal amounts of daylight and darkness, giving us an opportunity to pause and honor that moment of balance through the internal mirror of our bodies. We will embark on a journey to create stability within us as the natural world around us begins to drastically shift.

Let us celebrate this Autumnal Equinox with a ritualistic workshop that includes an extended yin yoga practice, meditation, and a short journaling practice. Bring a journal and a pen and expect our time together to restore a sense of balance and stillness to the body, mind, and spirit.

    Investment Fee - $40
Virtual option is available if you are interested. Please call the studio to get registered 610 993-9933
