Laura is a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, professional Tarot card reader, and Medium. What started out as a curiosity to try yoga has evolved into an ongoing unveiling of the gifts she's meant to share with others to assist them in their own life journey. Since 2021, she has dedicated herself full-time to helping others. Laura has taught hundreds of classes and led several wellness workshops and events in and around the Philly area. When she's not in service to others, you can find her outside in nature, curled up with a book, or exploring new ways to express herself.

  • LIVE DIGITAL: VINYASA YOGA - ALL LEVELS
  • Vinyasa is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement. Classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, with a focus on connecting the movements with the rhythm of the breath. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which is essentially the core of a Vinyasa class. Often called flow yoga, Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga with focus on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.

  • H.I.I.T. & STRENGTH
  • HIIT utilizes short, timed sets alternating between cardio and strength training – also known as Metabolic Conditioning. Each session incorporates cardio drills, plyometrics, TRX, kettlebells, rowers, treadmills, battle ropes, medicine balls, gliders and more. Keeping your heart rate up and working your core with each move.

    Lots of tricks to keep the workouts fresh and get you fit – as
    well as great energy levels and great music. No two sessions are the same and utilize many different energy systems, making it an amazingly efficient way to achieve the results you want.

    The workouts are so effective you continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after a class. HIIT is a minimalist workout with a maximum return!

    20 second sets. 30 second sets. 60 second sets.
    I promise you can do ANYTHING for 30 seconds!

     


  • VINYASA YOGA (HEATED)
  • Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. Good for those looking for balance, alignment, functional strength and a deep stretch. This class will be customized toward the students in attendance. Come to your mat for strength and peace. Heated, 80-85 degrees

  • LIVE DIGITAL: HIIT: STRENGTH & CARDIO
  • Our unique Strength focused high intensity interval training classes engage the entire body and will have you pushing harder than you ever thought you could. Everyday is a different workout so we always keep you guessing and excited. This workout will be done using body weight exercises along with incorporating free weights or other household items.

    Items to always have on hand for each workout:
    **Water & towel and MUSIC!!
    *Light, med and heavy free weight or set of kettlebells
    OR
    *bags (with a handle) filled with items (cans,books, etc. to desired weight.
    OR
    *A backpack or duffel bag filled with desired weight

    Extra items to increase weight if needed.
