Kim Kramin

She continued working out on weight machines and taking aerobic & kick boxing classes during and post college. She tried everything out there at the time related to fitness.

A low back injury in her early 30’s temporarily brought her high impact routine to a halt. That is when she discovered Power Yoga. It was unlike anything she had tried before, but she quickly realized it was very necessary to achieve the balance she had been lacking. In 2014, Kim completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in the Baptiste style at YogaSport in Dallas, TX. She teaches a more powerful Vinyasa form of yoga in a heated room.
Each class will have different sequencing, and the heat is necessary to allow the muscles to stretch and toxins to release.

She is also an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has found a balance in the calming nature of yoga and the more vigorous HIIT and strength class. She believes both are necessary physically and mentally. Her goal for every class is to challenge her students to discover their full potential and achieve their ultimate balance. Ann Johnson
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I discovered yoga in 2014 while living overseas with my family in Australia. After my first yoga class I was hooked and drawn to the physical, spiritual and mental benefits of the practice. Not long after taking part in weekly and sometimes daily yoga classes I decided that I wanted to share my knowledge of this beautiful practice with others. I received my RYT from the Australian Yoga Academy and am also certified in Yin. I have a background in Exercise Physiology and am also a Registered Nurse.

Each class I teach starts with intention setting and the class is built around that intention. Slow, mindful movements can be expected during this class along with alignment cues and awareness of breath to help guide you into a deeper state of connection. Modifications are offered in each class because every body is different. All levels are welcome and each student is encouraged to move at their own pace. My teaching style is nourishing and honest. So, you can expect a purposeful class that is lead from the heart.

Becka Cancelosi
AERIAL YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I first fell in love with yoga in 2012 on my journey to health and fitness. I found that yoga allows us to strengthen both body and mind and it gave me a place to unwind from the day’s stress. A few years later, I discovered aerial yoga and I’ve been hooked ever since. Aerial yoga provides support for poses that are more difficult on a mat and often allows for a deeper stretch. It’s also exciting to try new things and hang upside down. As an elementary school teacher, I felt called to also teach aerial once I fell in love with it. I try to bring positivity, encouragement, and fun to my classes. Come hang out with me and discover how much fun aerial yoga can be!
