YOGA INSTRUCTOR 20HR YTT
Heather has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She came to the practice when her children were babies and she needed some “me” time. She credits yoga with teaching her that the body and mind are one, and that what we learn about ourselves on the mat we should take off the mat whenever possible. The practice of yoga has so much to teach us about how to live our lives, parent, exercise and breathe.

SLOW & GENTLE VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
Join us on a Saturday afternoon for slow & mindful movements that are smoothly flowing. Good for those starting their journey into yoga, more experienced Yogis that want to fine tune their practice, or those looking for balance, alignment, functional strength and a deep stretch. This class will be customized toward the students in attendance. Come to your mat for strength, peace and a little CORE training. Mild heat, 80 degrees
