Alicia Grande
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

My passion for fitness began over 20 years ago, after staying home with my first son and realizing I needed time for myself! I began taking yoga classes once a week to add to my fitness routine. At first, it was solely for the physical practice but I slowly began to realize it was so much more. In 2014, I found healing on my mat as I struggled with a devastating health diagnosis. During treatment I put all other fitness routines on hold and solely came to my mat. It was at this time that I realized just how much more yoga was than a physical practice. I found peace and comfort on my mat while still being challenged. I realized the time spent on my mat brought strength, calmness and helped clear my mind. I knew I wanted to deepen my practice and share this with others
Allison D Dombrowski
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

When I first started taking yoga classes, I had no idea how important it would become on my own healing journey - physically, mentally, and spiritually. When something brings me joy and peace, I naturally want to share it with others, which is exactly what drew me to getting my Yoga Teacher certification earlier this year. I am now lucky enough to share my passions with yoga students and show just how fun it can be!
I grew up in Malvern and attended Villanova University, where I went on to work in a cubicle for a few years before honing in on what I’m truly passionate about: teaching and fitness. I currently teach art to elementary school kids and teach yoga to adults.

Through yoga, I’ve learned to embrace the imperfect and unexpected, push outside my comfort zones and challenge myself, and enjoy the moments of stillness throughout the day. I hope to bring these things to every yoga class I lead, and I hope my students leave feeling inspired (and sweaty!).
Rosanna Giuliani
BOOTCAMP, PILATES, LMT, NEURO-ACUPUNCTURE

"Balance" So simple and yet so difficult to achieve

This is a motto that Rosanna aims to practice everyday in her life as well as reminding others. Spending over 10 years training and racing in triathlons, cycling and finding whatever activity feels good, Rosanna found herself specializing in Neurological and sports based acupuncture as of 2015. Prior to her Masters in acupuncture, she licensed in massage therapy with focus on sport and deep tissue work. All of her knowledge allows her to educate those around her on body mechanics, body awareness in movement, and mindfulness in any stage of wellness. Her belief "if you can build a strong foundation, the body and mind will support you". Oh...and having fun too!

Dora Flores
YOGA & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Hello beautiful souls, and welcome.
I hope this message lands in your life like a blessing.

My name is Doralicia Flores, and I was born in El Rodeo, a tiny town in the heart of El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America. I carry my roots with pride—my culture, my connection to the land, and the wisdom of my ancestors all live within me. It’s an honor to share that spirit with you through my work.

The practice of yoga entered my life in 2010, during a season when I was quietly seeking healing. It found me when I needed it most—and it’s been a lifelong companion ever since. Now, it’s my deepest calling to share that healing with others—to hold space for transformation, connection, and return to self.

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), licensed massage therapist, and practitioner of energy work. My offerings are rooted in authenticity and love, whether I’m teaching a class, giving a massage, or holding space in retreat.

Each class I guide is a soulful blend of somatic movement, Qigong, Kundalini-inspired practices, and energy work, all offered with the gentle reminder that you are your own healer. I teach from the heart, creating a space where movement becomes medicine and breath becomes prayer.

I also lead Sculpt classes that merge strength and spirit—because a healthy, vibrant body supports a joyful, purposeful life.

✨ My mantra is: I can. I will.

I’m so grateful for every teacher who has shared their light with me, and for the opportunity to now share that light with you. Thank you for being here. May this journey remind you of who you are, what you carry, and the power already within you.

Kate Simmons Souell
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

She completed her 200-hour teacher training program at The Light Within Yoga in 2014, her 300-hour training with My Vinyasa Practice in 2022, and her 50-hour Yin training with Devi Daly in 2023. Through her teaching, Kate strives to share the power of breath and movement in healing and strengthening from the inside out. In addition to yoga, Kate adores indoor cycling, books, music, and animals of all kinds.

Elizabeth MacNeil

In the corporate world, Elizabeth is a social worker in the mental health field.

Abby Frith
PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Abby has been teaching Pilates for 17 years. She was a Dance minor at West Chester University in 1997, and began doing Pilates after a terrible car accident nearly halted her dancing forever. Within 2 months, Abby was back on stage and choreographing for her annual Dance Production Workshop. This inspired her to want to become a teacher to share with others the amazing benefits Pilates brought to her life and her body.

Abby participated in the very first Body Precision Teacher Training Program, graduating in 2001 and completing over 700 hours. That same year, she received her Master’s degree in Dance Movement Therapy at Drexel University. Abby worked at Body Precision until she moved to Delaware and opened her own business, Bodies in Balance Pilates Studio, which became a successful studio that was even voted “Best of Delaware”.

Abby moved back to Pennsylvania in 2006, in order to work towards her second Master’s degree in Education, which she completed in 2012 at Holy Family University.

Abby’s passion for helping others and her education, have made her able to use Pilates, something that saved her own body, to help others become strong, balanced, pain free, and pursue what Joseph Pilates called the “prerequisite to happiness”: physical fitness.

Karen Fletcher
PILATES INSTRUCTOR

She has come to appreciate the precision and mind-body connection that Pilates demands, and she is dedicated to sharing its transformative benefits with her students.

In 2023, she completed the 450-hour comprehensive training program at Drexel Pilates where she learned the classical biomechanics of Pilates. The Drexel Pilates program is under the direction of Jennifer Morley who was trained by Romana Kryzanowska.
