Mackenzie is deeply passionate about yoga as a vehicle to touch greater meaning and joy in life. In 2022, she traveled to India to earn her 200 hour Hatha teacher's certification. A few months later, she returned to the same ashram to complete a 6-week course on the Bhagavad Gita, where she learned deeper concepts in karma yoga, dharma, and more. She's completed two 10-day silent meditation retreats, one based on the teachings of Ramana Maharshi and the other, S.N. Goenka.

Apart from her formal training, she's taught both Hatha and Yin yoga in India, Nepal, Spain, Turkey, and the US. Every experience has been a blessing and she's grateful to be able to share and learn with other students on the path!
Kristen Smith
Kristen Smith came to her mat in 2009 after a friend had suggested she take yoga. She had always attended step aerobic, pilates, and strength training classes, but something had been missing. She discovered that yoga was not only for strengthening and stretching the body, but a life long journey of self discovery. “The mat provides limitless space to grow. Each time I step onto the mat, I gain insight-about a pose, about myself, and about the world. Yoga has brought me greater insight to the mind body connection and has transformed me in ways I had not imagined.”

Kristen found that yoga enriched her connection to her surroundings and those in it and wanted to gain more insight into her practice. She enrolled and attended a 200 Hour Teacher Training program in the Fall 2011. Kristen brings her passion for the practice to each class and is certified to teach Power Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Wall Vinyasa. She believes that the inner peace and the outer strength that one can accomplish from yoga will enhance one’s life in many ways. She feels teaching yoga is incredibly rewarding and will bring her focus not only in correct alignment, but the steadiness of mind, body, and breath.

Kristen lives in West Chester with her husband Bill and their two children.

Melanie Beiler
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Melanie will tell you that she believes her son Arlo - as a newly-incarnated soul within her womb - first led her to the Yogic Path, since a spontaneous decision to join a prenatal yoga series in 2016 became her first experience of yoga. She's passionate about sharing the Way of yoga - as a lifestyle, not just a workout - and its many, multi-faceted healing benefits and invitations for evolving and growing as spiritual human beings. You can expect breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness intertwined throughout a gentle sequence of poses and transitions
Annie Bonini
BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Annie brings years of experience teaching dance to students from age 5 through college, and she’s thrilled to now bring that same passion to the barre as a Barre certified instructor! A former competitive dancer and ballerina, Annie fell in love with the mind-body connection, which sparked her lifelong interest in both physical and neurological wellness.

She holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Health Studies from Fairfield University, and earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Drexel University. As a soon-to-be certified Occupational Therapist, Annie is committed to leading classes that not only promote functional movement and mental health, but also empower clients to move with purpose and joy in everyday life. Her ultimate goal is to help you feel good, move well, and have fun while breaking a sweat!
Emily Forte
YOGA, SPIN & GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

Emily’s classes focus on connecting movement with breath, body and mind, and she hopes to give students the space to find their own inspiration during their practice, leaving them rejuvenated and wanting to return to yoga. Her classes encourage personal examination, and her love for the practice shines through in her ability to teach with a concrete yet creative voice. As an educator, she is inspired by all of her students and loves to watch people grow, both on and off their mats. She has taught yoga for 12+ years, and over 2,000 hours of studio, corporate, private, and athlete-centered classes.

Emily has been a dedicated yoga student since 2006, and is continuously surprised at the ways yoga transforms her mind and body. Yoga has allowed Emily to find balance in a fast-paced world, and to enjoy the moment rather than always trying to plan for the future. Emily has completed two, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Trainings, and also leads Yoga Alliance Certified teacher trainings, as well as yoga immersions, workshops, retreats and guest lecture series.

Emily's passion for a Yoga Sculpt class led her to begin teaching a spin/strength/yoga format class in 2023, where she completed a Spin certification, and continues to spread her wings to teach other fitness and wellness modalities.
Bridget Baxter
YOGA, BARRE, BOOTCAMP & SPIN INSTRUCTOR

Bridget developed her love of movement as a dancer and athlete. After years of performing, she decided to focus on teaching different styles of movement. Beginning with teaching barre and yoga, Bridget stayed close to her dance roots. She focused on making fitness fun and accessible for every age. She more recently expanded her fitness education into strength training and spin. Outside of fitness, she’s a mom of six awesome kids and loves to be outside.
Dani Pratt
500HR. YTT YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Dani was drawn to yoga over ten years ago as a challenging form of exercise. While she was initially attracted to the “asana” element of yoga, as her practice developed she started to value the mental benefits of yoga even more. She views yoga as one of the key aspects of her overall wellness, a safe space away from the stressors of modern life where she can challenge her mind and body to focus and flow. After fully embracing the complete benefits of yoga, Dani decided she wanted to grow her practice even more and completed her RTY200 in 2024 and her RYT300 in 2025.

As a teacher, Dani’s goal is to provide an opportunity for others to pause on the activities outside of the studio and a chance to simply focus on the movement within the four corners of their mat. She strives to make the practice she is teaching accessible to everyone and to take the intimidation factor out of yoga.

Kayla Kratzinger
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

My favorite part about yoga is that there is no competition. We gather on ours mats as one community and move with peace and intention. Nothing brings me more joy than this practice. When I first learned how to connect breath to movement I knew that yoga would not only impact me physically but also spiritually and emotionally. I started practicing when I was 16 years old and my dream was to one day share this practice with others. I received my 200hr YTT certification in April 2024 and my journey of this practice has been more healing and gratifying than I can put into words.

I am an Irish native who moved to the United States when I was young and grew up in Malvern for most of my life. I received my Bachelors degree in Communications from West Chester University and currently work as an Executive Assistant in Exton. My career has gone in many directions (I was once a flight attendant!) but the one piece of my journey that has always remained constant is practicing yoga. My intention is for you to walk away from my class feeling better than when you came in. I cannot wait to see you on your mats!
Maggy Barnes
YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Maggy has been teaching yoga for about 5 years. She completed her first 200-hour YTT in 2019 and began teaching shortly after that and through the pandemic. Maggy is trained in power vinyasa yoga, more specifically Baptiste yoga. She sees yoga as much more than just a physical exercise;  it is a complete lifestyle practice that guides her on and off the mat.

Through her teaching, Maggy strives to empower others to step into their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. She believes in the power of connection — to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us. Creating a supportive and inclusive space where students can explore, grow, and challenge themselves is at the heart of her classes. Maggy's goal is to help people build strength, find balance, and cultivate presence, both on and off the mat.
