Bridget

YOGA, BARRE, BOOTCAMP & SPIN INSTRUCTOR
 
Bridget developed her love of movement as a dancer and athlete. After years of performing, she decided to focus on teaching different styles of movement. Beginning with teaching barre and yoga, Bridget stayed close to her dance roots. She focused on making fitness fun and accessible for every age. She more recently expanded her fitness education into strength training and spin. Outside of fitness, she’s a mom of six awesome kids and loves to be outside.


Bridget instructs the following:
  • LOWER BODY & CORE
  • Whether you want to increase your sports performance, lose weight, or just make everyday movement easier, strengthening your lower body is key. Your legs are the wheels that carry you through the day, so you want them to be strong!!
    With minimal equipment, this workout will shape your glutes, thighs, and calves. Get a core blast at the end!

  • BARRE
  • A classical approach to Barre training emphasizing upper body training sculpting with light weights, with thigh, seat & core sculpting. Barre emphasizes barefoot training(no shoes), but toe sox are highly recommended for support and grip in Barre classes.
     
    Barre is a full body workout designed to give you a defined core, toned legs and buttocks, sculpted arms incorporating a fresh approach to Barre training in every class. This yoga, pilates and ballet inspired class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture. Each section of strengthening exercises is followed by a deep stretch to create a long, lean look and increased range of motion. Motivating music and an elite, expert instructor staff will guide you through a total body workout that focuses on strengthening and lengthening every muscle group.
