Megan discovered yoga in high school while working at a gym, and instantly fell in love. It wasn’t until her mid-20’s that she really became a devoted yogi with a daily practice. For Megan, yoga is all about the experience of getting to better know yourself and your anatomy. She loves finding a balance between strength and flexibility, both on and off the mat. Her classes focus on that equilibrium between exertion and release. You can expect to flow, sweat, and most importantly: breathe.
