SPINNING, BARRE, PILATES CERTIFIED
 
Vicky has been leading group fitness classes with a motto of “Do your best and you will be a success!” Building from her passion for core training, she believes strongly that everything extends from the core. Vicky leads a wide range of group fitness classes and is committed to staying abreast of the latest training techniques. She is certified by AFAA Group Fitness, Mad Dogg Spinning® (Star 2 Level), BarreAmped®, BarreAmped®Advance, BarreAmped® Fire, Les Mills International Body Pump, Keiser®Cycling, and is currently working on NAFC Mat – Level 1. Vicky holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Villanova University. An active lifestyle is not only what she teaches but how she lives. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her family and their chocolate lab Mudge.

With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Suzanne possesses a broad background and expertise as fitness club owner, fitness education conference producer & educator in the fitness arena.

Suzanne owned clubs in the Washington DC and Richmond, Va area for 10 years, Contours, known for outstanding group exercise programs. Co-founder/owner and producer of DCAC Fitness Education Conferences in Washington DC, Richmond, VA & Houston, TX for 17 years, Suzanne has extensive fitness program knowledge. ACE, AFAA, Spin, Barre & Pilates certified, Suzanne has traveled on a national basis presenting fitness education workshops and as an AFAA Certification Specialist and Trainer.

Additionally, Suzanne has studied the Pilates Method for 10 years with various training organizations and is a fully certified instructor with the Body Precision Pilates training program. She has also written several fitness articles featured in American Fitness,Shape Magazine and was Fitness Blog Editor for Realbuzz.com. Also, Suzanne has starred, presented and created programs for several fitness workout videos/DVDs.

Presently, Suzanne resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and triplet boys where she was employed as Group Exercise, Barre and Pilates Director at Club La Maison Health and Fitness Center. Currently, she is Training and Program Director at Purenergy Fitness Studio in Paoli, Pa.

In her spare time, Suzanne is a competitive USTA tennis player with a 4.5 rating, co-captain to two USTA national teams, Deltri Division one Captain & is Head Varsity Tennis Coach at Agnes Irwin School.

Sarah Kim Reiser

Sarah Kim Vennard was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in upstate New York. She has love of biology, dance, and fitness. She trained at the NYSSSA, Albany Dance Institute, and the University of the Arts. Combining her love of dance, Pilates, and yoga, she completed certification through Exhale to teach Barre fitness. 

Bella Craig

Although Bella is new to fitness instructing her passion for fitness started at a very young age. She always loved attempting to keep up with her mom practicing Jane Fonda aerobic videos in their basement. From that early beginning Bella developed a love for many athletic activities such as swimming, dancing, yoga and her favorite hobby running. She loved the way that working out made her feel strong, how it gave her confidence to achieve her goals, and served as a form of therapy when things got tough. Although she had always been and avid fan of an array of fitness classes she didn't discover Barre until 2 years ago when she was decided to take her best friend and fellow instructor Brooke's barre class. That first class was full of shaking legs and taking breaks but it was exactly the challenge she needed to become hooked! She then started taking more and more barre classes whether at a studio or even looking up videos to try out at home. After much encouragement from Brooke to step out and start teaching a class of her own Bella decided to finally take that leap of faith and make her passion for fitness and wellness into a career by getting certified with Barre Above. Bella is beyond excited to be teaching at Purenergy and cannot wait to see what her future in fitness has in store!

Brooke has always been passionate about nutrition, health and fitness. While getting my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, She religiously took barre, spin and yoga classes. This inspired her to become an instructor to motivate and inspire others to reach their fitness goals along their journey. Brooke choreographs and teaches up-beat classes that are creative and challenging, yet fun. Her objective is to leave each participant with a sense of personal accomplishment when they walk out that door.
 
During her free time, she enjoys running outside. Brooke has run half marathons and next on her bucket list is to complete a full marathon.

Christine Mullen

SPINNING, YOGA, HIIT INSTRUCTOR

Christine has been part of the fitness industry for over 20 years. After attending graduate school from Temple University Christine worked in corporate fitness before becoming an ACE certified personal trainer. Currently, she has been a group exercise instructor at ACAC for over 13 years while raising her three children. Christine believes true success comes from feeling confidence and accomplishment in ones own fitness regimen. She is certified and taught Les Mills Body Pump and CX works, Kettle Bell, Kickboxing, Bosu, Spinning, and Ugi. When Christine is not teaching she enjoys hot yoga and running

IFTA Group Exercise Instructor w/ certifications in SCW Ballet Barre, Les Mills BodyFlow (AIM 1), Les Mills CX Worx, Cardio Dance. No need to be a fitness expert… all classes are easy to follow - allowing you to get the maximum fitness benefit from each move. CPR/AED certified.

Stephanie D Davis

" Stephanie Davis has always been passionate about fitness, health and wellness. She was a dancer and gymnast through high school and later found herself falling in love with group fitness. Before she taught fitness, she would create workouts and beg her friends to join her and allow her to coach them. She loves sharing her passion for fitness with others. She is a bit of a jack of all trades and her professional background includes teaching in elementary schools, teaching piano lessons and owning and operating a floral design company. Stephanie holds a BSED in elementary education from West Chester University and is Barre Intensity certified.

As an instructor, she has been able to combine her passion for fitness, teaching and creativity together in one place. Stephanie loves assisting others in their fitness journey and encouraging others to become their strongest self. Stephanie’s classes are energetic and full of fun. Meet her at the barre and surprise yourself with what your body can do! "

Chris J Jackson

YOGA, PILATES & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Chris fell in love with dance, gymnastics, and yoga as an adolescent, and began teaching cardio dance fitness and sculpting classes 40 years ago. She holds teaching certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Balletone © , and Active Aging © and has been teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes over the past 25 years. A holistic and integrative Nurse Practitioner, Christina emphasizes using the breath to energize movement and strives to offer classes that safely align, strengthen, and stretch the whole body... the body you brought to class with you that day!

Carrie Lynn Draga

Carrie is a NASM Certified personal trainer and Group Fitness Specialist . She started her career with Les Mills Body Pump in 2011. She's extremely passionate about helping others and there’s never a workout she'll turn down. She has her Classic and Level 3 barre certification with the International Ballet and Barre Fitness Association.

Karen G Gartner

AFAA and Barre certified, Karen has extensive dance/ballet experience.   Karen leads her students on a journey towards the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Creating a comfortable, fun, relaxed yet challenging class, she helps each of her students reach beyond their expectations and hopes they will be rewarded by the changes they experience in their lives.
A 45 minute Barre workout emphasizing thighs, seat & CORE.
