Brenda came to yoga back in the mid 90’s when while suffering from insomnia and anxiety. She found such relief without medication through yoga, breath and meditation that she felt compelled to share these benefits with others and so began the journey into teaching. Brenda comes from a collegiate athletic background with a degree in Psychology. Since then she has continued to work with bodies and minds as a personal trainer and later as a C.H.E.K. Practitioner, Holistic Corrective Exercise and Health Lifestyle Coach. Brenda loves teaching a variety of populations from kids to seniors and offering a variety of classes from aerial, vigorous vinyasa flow, yin, restorative and chair yoga.
Brenda has been certified in aerial yoga since 2012. She was drawn to aerial especially for its spinal benefits, the nurturing nature of the hammock, and the muscular balance it brings as complimentary practice to the mat.
As an instructor Brenda aspires to foster personal empowerment and a deeper understanding of our bodies innate ability to know what it needs to heal ourselves when we listen. Brenda encourages an explorative mindset on the mat reminding her students of the possibilities for discovery and growth every time we practice.
Over the next 30 years she practiced whenever she could but was busy teaching and raising her daughter. After 22 years she took an early retirement which gave her the opportunity to become immersed in yoga.
She began teacher training in order to learn more about the philosophy, psychology and spirituality of yoga for her own personal growth without the intention of teaching. Gradually, She discovered that she wanted to share her love of yoga, far beyond the physical practice. Yoga has completely transformed her life and has given her peace, balance, presence and joy.
As a Yoga Teacher, Jen's priority is for students to feel both inspired and safe as they practice yoga. Her gentle physical and verbal adjustments allow students to challenge themselves while preventing injury. The non-judgemental environment in her classes helps students to practice kindness towards their bodies. Jen teaches self-awareness, so students are empowered to discover where they need to build more strength or more flexibility. She encourages students to find patience, compassion, calm steadiness and trust in themselves, while creating space in the body and mind, and following the breath as a guide.
When Sarah isn't teaching yoga, she loves walking her dog Charlie in the afternoon, doing Mommy-and-Me Yoga with her daughter and laughing with her husband and little girl in the evening. If you don't find her with her head down in a down dog, you'll find her nose up in a good book. Her hope for all her yoga students and beings everywhere is that they will experience their light in this lifetime and shine brightly.

My name is Doralicia Flores, and I was born in El Rodeo, a tiny town in the heart of El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America. I carry my roots with pride—my culture, my connection to the land, and the wisdom of my ancestors all live within me. It’s an honor to share that spirit with you through my work.
The practice of yoga entered my life in 2010, during a season when I was quietly seeking healing. It found me when I needed it most—and it’s been a lifelong companion ever since. Now, it’s my deepest calling to share that healing with others—to hold space for transformation, connection, and return to self.
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), licensed massage therapist, and practitioner of energy work. My offerings are rooted in authenticity and love, whether I’m teaching a class, giving a massage, or holding space in retreat.
Each class I guide is a soulful blend of somatic movement, Qigong, Kundalini-inspired practices, and energy work, all offered with the gentle reminder that you are your own healer. I teach from the heart, creating a space where movement becomes medicine and breath becomes prayer.
I also lead Sculpt classes that merge strength and spirit—because a healthy, vibrant body supports a joyful, purposeful life.
✨ My mantra is: I can. I will.
I’m so grateful for every teacher who has shared their light with me, and for the opportunity to now share that light with you. Thank you for being here. May this journey remind you of who you are, what you carry, and the power already within you.
This combination of experience between yoga and sound offers the unique opportunity to feel the deep and close vibrations of sound healing while opening the body into energetically receptive postures.
This restorative practice is suitable for all levels.
