This class is taught by:

Holly Brinton-Bomba

Holly Brinton-Bomba became passionate about Yoga when she sustained multiple injuries while delivering her fourth child. These injuries left her unable to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time without experiencing pain. Holly was fortunate to have a Physical Therapist introduce her to specific Hatha Yoga postures, to be practiced daily to alleviate her discomfort. Holly became hooked and sought ways to deepen her practice physically as well as spiritually.

After several years of practicing on her own she knew it was time to follow her new, found passion to the next level. In 2009 she began Classical Yoga Teacher Training and has never looked back. Holly is an E-Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher specializing in Hatha, Children’s Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Kundalini, PreNatal & Yin Yoga. Holly is also a Reiki ll and is presently studying Ayurveda. When she is not teaching or studying Yoga, Holly is spending time with her husband, four children and two lovely Granddaughters.

Iris Harel

YIN YOGA & MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR

Iris discovered yoga as a teen when she found a book describing yoga poses at the library. She was very drawn to yoga but couldn't understand at the time quite why.

Over the next 30 years she practiced whenever she could but was busy teaching and raising her daughter. After 22 years she took an early retirement which gave her the opportunity to become immersed in yoga.

She began teacher training in order to learn more about the philosophy, psychology and spirituality of yoga for her own personal growth without the intention of teaching. Gradually, She discovered that she wanted to share her love of yoga, far beyond the physical practice. Yoga has completely transformed her life and has given her peace, balance, presence and joy.

Dora Flores

YOGA & BARRE INSTRUCTOR

Hello beautiful souls, and welcome.
I hope this message lands in your life like a blessing.

My name is Doralicia Flores, and I was born in El Rodeo, a tiny town in the heart of El Salvador, the smallest country in Central America. I carry my roots with pride—my culture, my connection to the land, and the wisdom of my ancestors all live within me. It’s an honor to share that spirit with you through my work.

The practice of yoga entered my life in 2010, during a season when I was quietly seeking healing. It found me when I needed it most—and it’s been a lifelong companion ever since. Now, it’s my deepest calling to share that healing with others—to hold space for transformation, connection, and return to self.

I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), licensed massage therapist, and practitioner of energy work. My offerings are rooted in authenticity and love, whether I’m teaching a class, giving a massage, or holding space in retreat.

Each class I guide is a soulful blend of somatic movement, Qigong, Kundalini-inspired practices, and energy work, all offered with the gentle reminder that you are your own healer. I teach from the heart, creating a space where movement becomes medicine and breath becomes prayer.

I also lead Sculpt classes that merge strength and spirit—because a healthy, vibrant body supports a joyful, purposeful life.

✨ My mantra is: I can. I will.

I’m so grateful for every teacher who has shared their light with me, and for the opportunity to now share that light with you. Thank you for being here. May this journey remind you of who you are, what you carry, and the power already within you.

"The quieter you become the more you can hear." -Ram Dass

In this practice we will invite balance and harmony to our inner universe with a Yin sequence, led by Dora Flores, to balance and replenish our vital energy. During the yoga sequence and an extended savasana, you will be surrounded by the tones of Himalayan Singing Bowls and a Nepalese gong.

This combination of experience between yoga and sound offers the unique opportunity to feel the deep and close vibrations of sound healing while opening the body into energetically receptive postures.

This restorative practice is suitable for all levels.
