Kim Kramin

YOGA & BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR

Kim has lead an active lifestyle her entire life. She danced in the form of ballet, tap, and jazz from the age of five through high school. She also played volleyball and basketball in high school. She continued working out on weight machines and taking aerobic & kick boxing classes during and post college. She tried everything out there at the time related to fitness.

A low back injury in her early 30’s temporarily brought her high impact routine to a halt. That is when she discovered Power Yoga. It was unlike anything she had tried before, but she quickly realized it was very necessary to achieve the balance she had been lacking. In 2014, Kim completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in the Baptiste style at YogaSport in Dallas, TX. She teaches a more powerful Vinyasa form of yoga in a heated room.
Each class will have different sequencing, and the heat is necessary to allow the muscles to stretch and toxins to release.

She is also an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She has found a balance in the calming nature of yoga and the more vigorous HIIT and strength class. She believes both are necessary physically and mentally. Her goal for every class is to challenge her students to discover their full potential and achieve their ultimate balance. Kim lives in Malvern with her husband, 3 children, and their Wheaton Terrier.

She is a bit of a jack of all trades and her professional background includes teaching in elementary schools, teaching piano lessons and owning and operating a floral design company. Stephanie holds a BSED in elementary education from West Chester University and is Barre Intensity certified.

Rosanna Giuliani

BOOTCAMP, PILATES, LMT, NEURO-ACUPUNCTURE

"Balance" So simple and yet so difficult to achieve

This is a motto that Rosanna aims to practice everyday in her life as well as reminding others. Spending over 10 years training and racing in triathlons, cycling and finding whatever activity feels good, Rosanna found herself specializing in Neurological and sports based acupuncture as of 2015. Prior to her Masters in acupuncture, she licensed in massage therapy with focus on sport and deep tissue work. All of her knowledge allows her to educate those around her on body mechanics, body awareness in movement, and mindfulness in any stage of wellness. Her belief "if you can build a strong foundation, the body and mind will support you". Oh...and having fun too!

This workout is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don't do.

Equipment you should have on hand and ready to go for every class.
*2-3 lb weights (soup cans are a great alternative)
*Yoga strap or something similar like a belt
