With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Suzanne possesses a broad background and expertise as fitness club owner, fitness education conference producer & educator in the fitness arena.

Suzanne owned clubs in the Washington DC and Richmond, Va area for 10 years, Contours, known for outstanding group exercise programs. Co-founder/owner and producer of DCAC Fitness Education Conferences in Washington DC, Richmond, VA & Houston, TX for 17 years, Suzanne has extensive fitness program knowledge. ACE, AFAA, Spin, Barre & Pilates certified, Suzanne has traveled on a national basis presenting fitness education workshops and as an AFAA Certification Specialist and Trainer.

Additionally, Suzanne has studied the Pilates Method for 10 years with various training organizations and is a fully certified instructor with the Body Precision Pilates training program. She has also written several fitness articles featured in American Fitness,Shape Magazine and was Fitness Blog Editor for Realbuzz.com. Also, Suzanne has starred, presented and created programs for several fitness workout videos/DVDs.

Presently, Suzanne resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and triplet boys where she was employed as Group Exercise, Barre and Pilates Director at Club La Maison Health and Fitness Center. Currently, she is Training and Program Director at Purenergy Fitness Studio in Paoli, Pa.

In her spare time, Suzanne is a competitive USTA tennis player with a 4.5 rating, co-captain to two USTA national teams, Deltri Division one Captain & is Head Varsity Tennis Coach at Agnes Irwin School.

Jenn M Mccahon

Jenn McCahon has over 23 years experience teaching group fitness locally. She is ACE Group Fitness, Barre, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing and Les Mills Body Pump certified.
Her passion for fitness journey began in her youth. She played field hockey and lacrosse in high school and at the collegiate level. Jenn brings her athletic twist to all of her classes. Her barre class will bring out the inner athlete in all of us. No two classes will ever be alike. This concept will keep you challenged. She invites participants at all levels to achieve their personal best.
Jenn graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. When she's not teaching, She helps her husband's clients with their design/build selections. She resides in Malvern with her husband and four children.

Vicky Skorup

SPINNING, BARRE, PILATES CERTIFIED
 
Vicky has been leading group fitness classes with a motto of “Do your best and you will be a success!” Building from her passion for core training, she believes strongly that everything extends from the core. Vicky leads a wide range of group fitness classes and is committed to staying abreast of the latest training techniques. She is certified by AFAA Group Fitness, Mad Dogg Spinning® (Star 2 Level), BarreAmped®, BarreAmped®Advance, BarreAmped® Fire, Les Mills International Body Pump, Keiser®Cycling, and is currently working on NAFC Mat – Level 1. Vicky holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Villanova University. An active lifestyle is not only what she teaches but how she lives. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her family and their chocolate lab Mudge.

Stephanie Smith

Stephanie has always enjoyed teaching: beginning as an aerobics instructor in college, to a middle school English teacher after college, to a rowing instructor after having children. While pursuing many different career paths, Stephanie was ultimately led back fitness instruction where she currently enjoys teaching a variety of classes to multiple fitness levels. She loves to motivate others to become healthy and strong and wants her classes to be accessible to all fitness levels. Stephanie believes it’s important to keep the body guessing, so she strives to keep her classes fresh and new so participants stay challenged, achieve their absolute best, and are never bored. Stephanie’s goal is to keep you moving throughout every class – with a little bit of fun, of course! In order to expand her personal education and goals, she continues to actively pursue additional fitness certifications as well. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, plus lots of outdoor activities and fishing with her family. Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in English and French from Ursinus College, and currently resides in Devon with her husband and two children.

Sydney Ruth

IFTA Group Exercise Instructor w/ certifications in SCW Ballet Barre, Les Mills BodyFlow (AIM 1), Les Mills CX Worx, Cardio Dance. No need to be a fitness expert… all classes are easy to follow - allowing you to get the maximum fitness benefit from each move. CPR/AED certified.

Sarah Kim Reiser

Sarah Kim Vennard was born in Seoul, South Korea and grew up in upstate New York. She has love of biology, dance, and fitness. She trained at the NYSSSA, Albany Dance Institute, and the University of the Arts. Combining her love of dance, Pilates, and yoga, she completed certification through Exhale to teach Barre fitness. 

Cristina Conti

Christina has been teaching fitness for over 25 years. My passion for group exercises started while in college. I hold certifications in a variety of programs: step, barre, spin, strength training, personal training, mat Pilates and general group exercise. I thoroughly enjoy working with groups of people to help them attain their fitness goals. Her goal in teaching fitness is to create a fun and motivating environment for participants to stick with an exercise program. When she is not teaching fitness programs, she is usually busy raising her four children ages 11 to 18 years old, helping to run our restaurant San Nicola or painting artwork for individuals and businesses.

Brooke Bathon

Brooke has always been passionate about nutrition, health and fitness. While getting my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, She religiously took barre, spin and yoga classes. This inspired her to become an instructor to motivate and inspire others to reach their fitness goals along their journey. Brooke choreographs and teaches up-beat classes that are creative and challenging, yet fun. Her objective is to leave each participant with a sense of personal accomplishment when they walk out that door.
 
During her free time, she enjoys running outside. Brooke has run half marathons and next on her bucket list is to complete a full marathon. 

Susie Geib

BARRE & BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR
 
Susie is certified with AFAA and has been teaching for 10 years. She is trained in several formats -- Barre, Zumba, Turbo Kick, PiYo, Silver Sneakers, Boot Camp and Step. Her love of helping students achieve their health and fitness goals resonates in all of her classes!

Karen G Gartner

AFAA and Barre certified, Karen has extensive dance/ballet experience.   Karen leads her students on a journey towards the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Creating a comfortable, fun, relaxed yet challenging class, she helps each of her students reach beyond their expectations and hopes they will be rewarded by the changes they experience in their lives.
A more athletic approach to Barre training, extra props and equipment are used to enhance overall sculpting for upper body, thigh, seat and core. A different format is used in each Sports Barre class. What to expect/wear: UGI, Gliding discs, tubing, bands and weights are used for an ultimate total body workout. Barre emphasizes barefoot training(no shoes), but toe sox are highly recommended for support and grip in Barre classes.

Ugi ball(used at times) is a padded medicine ball that combines strength, cardio and core training into the most fun, challenging, perfect way to becoming functionally fit.
