Amy believes that art, music, and a little physical exercise will cure what ails you. If you do not need a cure then just let yoga take you to that next place, where your mind is open and anything can happen. A world can change with an idea, a color, a word, or a new breath. There is no greater freedom than expressing yourself. Creativity is a gift and a choice. We give it to the young when we believe in it ourselves and we choose it when we realize it is what our soul calls for. Yoga should be fun. It has given her more self-confidence than anything she has ever done. It has taught her that if you try hard enough and practice, you can do anything you want to do. It's just a little commitment, some persistence and a love of what you're doing. It's that belief that she loves to share with other people. If you connect with it, it will change you for the better, forever.
Ivy began practicing yoga several years ago when an injury kept her from her normal exercise routine. With guidance from knowledgeable instructors she made an amazing recovery through her new-found therapeutic yoga practice. About 18 months later, she was severely injured again in another accident, this time she knew she had a powerful tool to heal her body, mind and spirit.
Now she’s passionate about serving and sharing the benefits of yoga, in hopes to inspire others. 200 hour RYT.
attitude.
Kristy first discovered yoga in 2006. She’d always been active in outdoor sports, so going indoors to exercise was never on the radar. After struggling with back pain for awhile, she finally decided to try yoga. She entered the studio skeptically, but left completely addicted to the practice. It wasn’t long before she was practicing three to four times per week.
Soon, she began to feel fantastic physically, lost weight, and found a sense of calm that she had been lacking. That’s when she decided she wanted to share this wonderful practice with others. Kristy believes that yoga should be challenging, yet safe and accessible for all bodies, and it’s reflected in her teaching style.
In addition to holding a 200-hour certification, Kristy is trained to teach Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga, and Yoga for Trauma and Addiction. Kristy teaches wall yoga, vinyasa, power vinyasa, and stand-up paddle board yoga. Her classes are open and accessible to all levels, with modifications offered throughout.

Today her practice is more spiritual and has helped her find a better balance in her life.
As a mother of three, wearing many different hats in one given day, yoga and mediation allow her to stay grounded and present.
She loves to try all different types of yoga styles, exercise, spend time with her family and make her delicious V-Empanadas.
She was so inspired by the amazing changes in her life due to yoga that she received a YTT 200 hrs in 2015 in Paris, France, spanning over 9 months. She has since traveled to India to expand her knowledge of the practice, has taught in several countries in Europe and has received pre/post natal yoga certificate and her meditation certificate.
Her yoga classes are a combination of mindful movement, focus on breath and asana. The flows combined with a contemporary playlist make for a fun yet challenging class, and you will leave feeling more connected with you.
