A competitive swimmer as a youth, making it to the junior Olympics, then training and showing horses was the start of an active lifestyle. Team tennis then became my passion for 15 years in both singles and doubles. I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, teaching spinning, Pilates mat, Pilates small apparatus, step, advanced double step, Hatha yoga, PIYO, Barre, and kickbox. A graduate from Villanova University in communications lead to a career as an assistant producer of television commercials on a national level. I now work with my sister in the family business promoting the company as a woman owned and operated on the Federal and state level.
Bridget developed her love of movement as a dancer and athlete. After years of performing, she decided to focus on teaching different styles of movement. Beginning with teaching barre and yoga, Bridget stayed close to her dance roots. She focused on making fitness fun and accessible for every age. She more recently expanded her fitness education into strength training and spin. Outside of fitness, she’s a mom of six awesome kids and loves to be outside.
Emily’s classes focus on connecting movement with breath, body and mind, and she hopes to give students the space to find their own inspiration during their practice, leaving them rejuvenated and wanting to return to yoga. Her classes encourage personal examination, and her love for the practice shines through in her ability to teach with a concrete yet creative voice. As an educator, she is inspired by all of her students and loves to watch people grow, both on and off their mats. She has taught yoga for 12+ years, and over 2,000 hours of studio, corporate, private, and athlete-centered classes.
Emily has been a dedicated yoga student since 2006, and is continuously surprised at the ways yoga transforms her mind and body. Yoga has allowed Emily to find balance in a fast-paced world, and to enjoy the moment rather than always trying to plan for the future. Emily has completed two, 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Trainings, and also leads Yoga Alliance Certified teacher trainings, as well as yoga immersions, workshops, retreats and guest lecture series.
Emily's passion for a Yoga Sculpt class led her to begin teaching a spin/strength/yoga format class in 2023, where she completed a Spin certification, and continues to spread her wings to teach other fitness and wellness modalities.
Maggy has been teaching yoga for about 5 years. She completed her first 200-hour YTT in 2019 and began teaching shortly after that and through the pandemic. Maggy is trained in power vinyasa yoga, more specifically Baptiste yoga. She sees yoga as much more than just a physical exercise; it is a complete lifestyle practice that guides her on and off the mat.
Through her teaching, Maggy strives to empower others to step into their fullest potential, both physically and mentally. She believes in the power of connection — to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us. Creating a supportive and inclusive space where students can explore, grow, and challenge themselves is at the heart of her classes. Maggy's goal is to help people build strength, find balance, and cultivate presence, both on and off the mat.
