Jenna A. Arias

AERIAL INSTRUCTOR

Upon her first introduction to aerial yoga, Jenna loved the sense of freedom she felt hanging upside down. She earned her teacher training from transcend aerial yoga.
She enjoys the wellness experience: emotionally and physically Jenna benefits from the practice. “It is beautiful. Centering, breathing, the stillness, playfulness while working on flexibility, strength and balance. I love helping other people experience the positivity of aerial yoga.”

Bob Adams

AERIAL YOGA LEVEL I & LEVEL II CERTIFIED

Bob first came to his yoga mat in 2007, to regain some of the flexibility that he had lost over the years. He learned that yoga is much more, with movement and breath providing many other benefits, including the ability to de-stress and find a deeper peace of mind. Bob took his first aerial yoga class in August 2012, and was immediately hooked. "Aerial yoga makes me feel like a kid again. It's a great workout, and it is so much fun that time flies by so fast and you barely know you are working out." Bob completed Level One and Level Two Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Transcend Wellness and Yoga in 2013. He tries to make each class challenging and fun for his students, allowing them to grow their practice and build self-confidence, all while having a great time.

In the corporate world, Bob has worked for the same IT company for 39 years. He also enjoys cooking, is an avid runner, and a workout junkie. Bob has been married for 35 years, with 2 children and 3 granddaughters.

Elizabeth MacNeil

AERIAL YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Elizabeth took her first aerial class in 2016 and was been hanging upside down since. Elizabeth was first drawn to aerial because it was a weird and wonderful way to work out while letting go of stress. Aerial yoga brings a mind body connection while challenging you to trust your mind, body, and fabric.

In the corporate world, Elizabeth is a social worker in the mental health field.

Sometimes it can feel like the weight of the world has got you down. Other days, you may feel lightweight and inspired to have some fun. Luckily, there is a way to utilize this weighted feeling, or, this childlike freedom, to your advantage.
All you need is your body, gravity and an aerial yoga swing.
Aerial yoga allows you to relax into the support of the ultimate yoga prop, momentarily letting you see your current situation from a new vantage point, relax and have some fun.

The silky hammock caresses large areas of the body, such as your shoulders or hips, during the practice to provide support and create freedom in the body.
We often describe the support of an aerial yoga swing like the perfect prop that cradles and hugs the shape of your body — in all the right places at all the right times!
