GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION

Staci Masters

HIIT, BOOTCAMP, TRX ,KETTLEBELL, SPINNING INSTRUCTOR
 
A Philadelphia native, Staci grew up in the world of dance as a student and assistant teaching. Finding her passion for health and fitness she studied the ACE program in 2001 to acquire her personal training certification and was also physically trained by competitive bodybuilder and Mrs. Philippines 1999, Marian Almario-Hajioannou.

In addition her further studies and certifications include: FMS(Functional Movement Screening), Cancer Exercise Specialist, Spinning and Kettlebell training. She has also completed her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, receiving her Certification as a Holistic Health Coach. Staci recently completed her meditation teacher training and will be doing her 200hr YTT this coming fall. 

An auto accident in 2004 left Staci with lifelong back and neck trauma. Gaining knowledge of how to live and train with these types of injuries, she is dedicated to helping others understand and work through their own obstacles to achieve their goals.

 

Michelle Haden

BARRE, HIIT, PERSONAL TRAINER
 
Michelle received her national NASM Personal Training Certification, worked at Equinox as a Trainer and has since spent over a decade as a Personal Trainer and is also a national AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. During that time she became a Master Barre Trainer at Physique57, taught ReXist360 HIIT at The Movement NYC and most recently was the Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness.
In over a decade of coaching and teaching fitness and wellness she has continued her education specializing in teaching proper form to prevent injuries before they happen and help correct those that have already occurred. 
I adore helping others find their love of living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle!

Allegra Iacovino

TABATA - STRENGTH - SPIN INSTRUCTOR
 
Allegra Iacovino is a AFAA/NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructor and AFAA certified Spin Instructor. She is a young and enthusiastic instructor who likes to work hard and push people to their full potential. Allegra has been a competitive swimmer her whole life which has led her to find such a passion in the fitness community. While she was in High School she would have swim practice at Malvern Prep and come right over to Purenergy before or after for a workout class to get those extra gains! She has recently graduated from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island where she continued her swim career as a varsity collegiate swimmer and Captain of the Women’s Swim & Dive. Allegra is someone who is passionate and committed when it comes to athletics and conditioning. She has found her way to incorporate her athleticism in her fast paced HIIT workouts.

Heather R Riley

YOGA & MEDITATION INSTRUCTOR 
 
Heather has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She came to the practice when her children were babies and she needed some “me” time. She credits yoga with teaching her that the body and mind are one, and that what we learn about ourselves on the mat we should take off the mat whenever possible. The practice of yoga has so much to teach us about how to live our lives, parent, exercise and breathe.

Jen S Saulino

Jennifer began her yoga journey in 2013 after promising a friend to come to a class She walked out on her and thought "never again"!

Until she returned the next day....

"Yoga was everything I needed and I fell in love! I fell in love with my strength, my life and above all, I fell in love with me. Yoga opened up something inside me that was always there, it just needed to be brought out. I'm and grateful and blessed everyday for this practice. Both on my mat,and what I get to share with the world"

Jennifer is a ball of energy whose classes are powerful, playful and heartfelt! She combines creative sequencing with a dose of inspiration to deepen your practice. She weaves thought provoking meditations thorough class, while encouraging growth both physically and spirituality.

She completed her 200YTT, ERYT in 2014 at Yoga Power Works in Malvern, PA. In 2017, she also became reiki level 1 certified.
From leading workshops locally, Jennifer also travels internationally, on yoga retreats she leads.
She continues to be a student of the practice, traveling to enrich her mind, body and soul.

In this class, we explore postures which support and envelop the body and mind, allowing participants to feel grounded and safe, while providing opportunities for gentle poses, stretching, breathing and contemplation. No experience with yoga or meditation necessary, just an open-mindedness for quiet exploration.
