Kim Kramin

A low back injury in my early 30’s brought me to my first yoga class. My first thought, was ‘Wow’, this is more than exercise! This is a lifestyle… a discipline. Since that day, yoga has always been a part of my life. From practicing power yoga, to prenatal yoga during my pregnancies, to a heated power flow, I realized there is a style of yoga for everyone. In 2014, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in the Baptiste style. I tend to teach a more powerful Vinyasa form of yoga. Each class will be different. However, I still gear my classes to all levels. I truly believe people will be amazed at the physical and mental strength they didn’t know they had. My training has taught me self-acceptance, and discovery that go far beyond the mat. On the days I don’t teach yoga at Pure Energy, you will most likely find me in the Zone room challenging my body in a different capacity through strength, cardio, and HIIT classes. Yoga has become the balance I need in the gym and outside. My goal for every class is to challenge my students to discover their full potential and achieve their ultimate balance.

Steve Ray

Certified personal trainer since December 2011, Steve teaches various styles and formats, from park boot camps with no equipment to one on one training with college athletes. His training style uses a variety of free weight, body weight, kettle bell exercises as the base of any good strength program would. Steve is also certified in osteoblast training( which is a specific type of strength training to help aid in correcting bone density issues I.e osteoporosis), speed blast training (linear and sport specific speed training), kettle bells, TRX suspension training, and am and functional movement screening.
Steve always likes to remind his students that this should be a lifestyle, not a quick fix -- importance of diet, nutrition, stretching, foam rolling, and plenty of rest is what Steve emphasizes for optimal fitness and health.

Lisa Dreyer

Lisa Dreyer, RYT and AFAA certified group exercise instructor, has been passionate about movement her entire life. Her journey through fitness activities has included running, mountain biking, adventure races, windsurfing, skiing, squash, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Lisa began practicing yoga 5 years ago to add a flexibility component to her workouts She founded and currently runs Agile Motion Fitness, a small-group fitness training business specializing in HIIT and Yoga. Although that sounds like an unlikely combination, Lisa finds that the balance gained from both “practices” produces calm minds and strong, fit bodies for her clients.

The lessons that Yoga teaches about looking inward, noticing alignment and bringing awareness to your movements has changed her emphasis in her own workouts as well as in the classes that she teaches. Her yoga and daily meditation practices give her focus and calm strength and that she hopes to pass on to her yoga students. Her love of all things “interval” and her morning ritual of chin-ups and handstands give her the spark to motivate and push students in her interval, circuit and sculpt classes. She invites you to come and experience the Yin and the Yang that she infuses in all of her workouts.
Lisa lives in Malvern with her husband, 3 children and 2 spaniels.
Namaste & Bring it On!
