Veronica Fitzgerald

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Veronica’s practice has evolved through out the years. Thirteen years ago, her curiosity for yoga allowed her the opportunity to explore with movement and breath. Her passion and love for the practice encouraged her to get trained to be a teacher and share this love with everyone.

Today her practice is more spiritual and has helped her find a better balance in her life.
As a mother of three, wearing many different hats in one given day, yoga and mediation allow her to stay grounded and present.

She loves to try all different types of yoga styles, exercise, spend time with her family and make her delicious V-Empanadas.

Lyndsy Wittmer

YOGA INSTRUCTOR 200Hr
Lyndsy has been a nurse at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia since 2005 and a nurse practitioner in the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics since 2014. She is a graduate of the 200-hour Svadhyaya Teacher Training (2017) and Yoga Child’s 95 hour Children's Yoga Certification (2018-2019).

Yoga first became part of her life 12 years ago as a way to find inner peace and quiet, contrasting her long days caring for others as a nurse. A growing body of research has shown that yoga offers physical and psychological benefits for kids. She has been inspired to see those benefits in action offering yoga and mindfulness to children, teens and families of all abilities around my community. She hopes that through these practices she can offer children an opportunity to bring their beautiful inner light to the surface so they can live their best life!

Alexia Blumberg

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I fell in love with yoga at an age when most people haven’t even begun to explore it. Yoga captivated me for the way it strengthens your body and nourishes your mind, leaving you feeling physically empowered and mentally refreshed. My sophomore year of high school, I dedicated myself to completing a rigorous 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This immersive experience not only armed me with invaluable knowledge and skills, but also fueled my enthusiasm to inspire younger individuals to delve into yoga through invigorating and fun classes.
For Moms and daughters, Dads and sons (12yrs & Up) It all starts with OUR kids. We are their role models and want to give them the best life possible so they become strong individuals as they move into adulthood. Yoga does just that.

Yoga gives kids an outlet to become more focused, calmer and of course flexible. Flexibility is not only in the physical body but also in the emotional, heart centered body. A child that is loving, compassionate and centered enjoys a healthy lifestyle that will move with them on their life long journey.
