With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Suzanne possesses a broad background and expertise as fitness club owner, fitness education conference producer & educator in the fitness arena.

Suzanne owned clubs in the Washington DC and Richmond, Va area for 10 years, Contours, known for outstanding group exercise programs. Co-founder/owner and producer of DCAC Fitness Education Conferences in Washington DC, Richmond, VA & Houston, TX for 17 years, Suzanne has extensive fitness program knowledge. ACE, AFAA, Spin, Barre & Pilates certified, Suzanne has traveled on a national basis presenting fitness education workshops and as an AFAA Certification Specialist and Trainer.

Additionally, Suzanne has studied the Pilates Method for 10 years with various training organizations and is a fully certified instructor with the Body Precision Pilates training program. She has also written several fitness articles featured in American Fitness,Shape Magazine and was Fitness Blog Editor for Realbuzz.com. Also, Suzanne has starred, presented and created programs for several fitness workout videos/DVDs.

Presently, Suzanne resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and triplet boys where she was employed as Group Exercise, Barre and Pilates Director at Club La Maison Health and Fitness Center. Currently, she is Training and Program Director at Purenergy Fitness Studio in Paoli, Pa.

In her spare time, Suzanne is a competitive USTA tennis player with a 4.5 rating, co-captain to two USTA national teams, Deltri Division one Captain & is Head Varsity Tennis Coach at Agnes Irwin School.

Vicky Skorup

SPINNING, BARRE, PILATES CERTIFIED
 
Vicky has been leading group fitness classes with a motto of “Do your best and you will be a success!” Building from her passion for core training, she believes strongly that everything extends from the core. Vicky leads a wide range of group fitness classes and is committed to staying abreast of the latest training techniques. She is certified by AFAA Group Fitness, Mad Dogg Spinning® (Star 2 Level), BarreAmped®, BarreAmped®Advance, BarreAmped® Fire, Les Mills International Body Pump, Keiser®Cycling, and is currently working on NAFC Mat – Level 1. Vicky holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Villanova University. An active lifestyle is not only what she teaches but how she lives. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her family and their chocolate lab Mudge.

Staci Masters

HIIT, BOOTCAMP, TRX ,KETTLEBELL, SPINNING INSTRUCTOR
 
A Philadelphia native, Staci grew up in the world of dance as a student and assistant teaching. Finding her passion for health and fitness she studied the ACE program in 2001 to acquire her personal training certification and was also physically trained by competitive bodybuilder and Mrs. Philippines 1999, Marian Almario-Hajioannou.

In addition her further studies and certifications include: FMS(Functional Movement Screening), Cancer Exercise Specialist, Spinning and Kettlebell training. She has also completed her studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, receiving her Certification as a Holistic Health Coach. Staci recently completed her meditation teacher training and will be doing her 200hr YTT this coming fall. 

An auto accident in 2004 left Staci with lifelong back and neck trauma. Gaining knowledge of how to live and train with these types of injuries, she is dedicated to helping others understand and work through their own obstacles to achieve their goals.

 

Susannah Nadjek

Susannah holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Vermont. As a competitive tennis player in high school and college, she always loved athletics and had to stay physically fit. She stayed active by cross training with running and taking indoor cycling classes. After she graduated from college, Susannah decided to become a personal trainer and a tennis instructor. She was a part time personal trainer at a local gym for two years and a full time tennis instructor at the YMCA for five years. She also become an avid runner competing in five marathons and was a boston qualifier. Then continued taking spin classes as an adult and decided to become a certified Spinning Instructor. Her passion is outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Greg Ebersole

SPIN INSTRUCTOR
 
Greg teaches a traditional cycling class that works on developing endurance and strength. Anyone can take his class, it is for new cyclists up to advanced. He has been teaching since 1995 
Masters in Exercise Physiology, LIU Brooklyn
Certifications with Johnny G Spinning, Reebok Cycling, NSCA CSCS, NASM CPT, CET, PES, ACE CPT, NSPA Cert. Cons. Specialist, AAAF/ ISMA aerobics instructor, and Les Mills Body Pump. He has taught classes for trainers through NYSC Foundations program, and World Instructor Training School (WITS). Also worked for Recovery Physical Therapy on Wall Street as an Exercise Specialist. 
At the beginning of class, learn Spin bike set up, how to read the bike monitors on the Spin Blade ION, how to utilize and track your heart rate and power. Total class time is 45 minutes(30 minute all level ride). Perfect for novice and all level students.
