PILATES DIRECTOR

 

Gina Nostrant, was the owner of Main Line Pilates and is a lifelong athlete and wellness enthusiast. She has been taking Pilates since 2000 and has been teaching since 2002. She received her certification from the highly regarded Body Precision Pilates Studio Teaching Certification Program in Rosemont, PA. In an effort to continue her learning and training, Gina takes weekly Pilates classes and private lessons. As she continues to grow healthier and stronger, so do her clients.

Along with her love for Pilates, she is passionate about mindfulness and wellness. Sharing this love is truly a part of her life plan. Helping people make positive and lasting changes in their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is what her work is all about.

Whether its losing weight, raising children or experiencing a family cancer diagnosis, Gina knows first hand the importance of natural solutions to health challenges. She began studying and using essential oils in 2015. Though she was skeptical at first, she quickly became a believer as she saw the incredible impact the use of oils had (and still have) on her life, her family’s lives and the lives of her many devoted clients. As an Aroma Touch Technique Practitioner she provides a "massage like" experience using essential oils. Some of the wonderful benefits of this practice include reduced stress, a supported immune system, reduced inflammation thus bringing balance and homeostasis to your cells.

Growing up in a very positive household, Gina learned early on that words and thoughts have power and create a vibration. We become our most dominate thoughts. As an 'Achieve Today' Certified Law of Attraction Coach, Gina shows her client how to manifest what they want in their life by helping them identify and clear limiting beliefs.

A bit about me…
I’m a combination of science...and a little bit of magic... My life 's desire has been to be of help to others in need.

I had the good fortune to grow up in a home with scientists...and early work as a cardiovascular intensive care nurse, and subsequent work in oncology research medicine firmly rooted me in hard science.
As I have worked with courageous souls and their loved ones during times of extreme trauma and distress, I opened more fully to the extrasensory experiences of being human. I gained access to the feelings of those under my care -- concern, pain and fear, as well as joy and love.

This spiritual experience sparked a desire to expand my training to include the study of Reiki and Healing Touch, Animal Telepathy --as well as the discipline of Evolutionary Astrology. I'm proud to be a certified practitioner of Forrest Evolutionary Astrology, as well as a level II Reiki practitioner. I am grateful to work with others now in these extraordinary fields that are all about possibility and expansion. I encourage you to open to or expand on your own journey...everything amazing awaits. I like to thank my practical Virgo Sun...my compassionate Cancer Ascendant...and my elusive Scorpio Moon...in addition to the rest of the cosmic circle of planets that has brought me to this wonderful work.
