With a lifelong passion for fitness and movement, Jennifer brings both energy and expertise to every class she teaches. A former soccer player who has always made working out a part of her daily routine, she understands the value of discipline, teamwork, and pushing limits. Jennifer combines her love for strength training and cardio to create dynamic, results-driven workouts that challenge participants while keeping them motivated and engaged.

Outside the fitness studio, Jennifer is a dedicated high school business teacher, where she inspires her students to set goals, work hard, and develop skills that will serve them for life. Whether in the classroom or the gym, she believes in building confidence, fostering perseverance, and making hard work feel empowering—and even fun.


Jennifer Mc instructs the following:
  • H.I.I.T. & STRENGTH
  • HIIT utilizes short, timed sets alternating between cardio and strength training – also known as Metabolic Conditioning. Each session incorporates cardio drills, plyometrics, TRX, kettlebells, rowers, treadmills, battle ropes, medicine balls, gliders and more. Keeping your heart rate up and working your core with each move.

    Lots of tricks to keep the workouts fresh and get you fit – as
    well as great energy levels and great music. No two sessions are the same and utilize many different energy systems, making it an amazingly efficient way to achieve the results you want.

    The workouts are so effective you continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after a class. HIIT is a minimalist workout with a maximum return!
