The Reformer, like the Mat, strengthens the core muscles and also provides non-impact spring resistance to align and strengthen the body. The exercises will tone your stomach, hips, buttocks and legs, improve posture and give you long lean muscle.

The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain.
In this 4 Week Series you will learn the foundations of Pilates Reformer : Proper breathing, the pelvic tilt and the basic exercises on the reformer. After completing this workshop, you will be ready to participate in any of our Pilates Reformer classes on the schedule.
