A Certified Comprehensive Pilates Teacher, Core Energy Coach, and Fitness Coach, her passion lies in guiding individuals of all abilities to connect with their inner strength and unlock their full potential. Jennifer believes Pilates is for everybody, regardless of their starting point or experience, and her teaching style is all about creating a supportive and engaging environment where you feel
comfortable exploring new possibilities.

Her unique approach combines precise Pilates instruction with energetic mindset work, muscle
priming, and functional movement principles. She loves breaking down movements, helping you truly
understand why they work, and seeing those 'aha!' moments as you build core strength, improve your posture, and enhance your overall well-being.
 
This philosophy stems from her own
journey, which included founding Diamond Diva's Academy, an online program dedicated to empowering women through positive mindset and joyful movement. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to experience strength, boundless love, and unparalleled vitality throughout their entire life. It's a philosophy she lives every day, seeking adventure, play, and a vital life alongside my husband Mike and our three wonderful rescue dogs—Lucy, Cassie, and Emily. She is genuinely excited to guide you every step of the way, helping you explore what your body is truly capable of!"
STARTS SEPT 22nd
This class is a wonderful introduction to all the benefits of Pilates. Learn the basics in a small group setting - to learn and understand the principles with Karen Fletcher
 
The Reformer, like the Mat, strengthens the core muscles and also provides non-impact spring resistance to align and strengthen the body. The exercises will tone your stomach, hips, buttocks and legs, improve posture and give you long lean muscle.
