Christine has been part of the fitness industry for over 20 years. After attending graduate school from Temple University Christine worked in corporate fitness before becoming an ACE certified personal trainer. Currently, she has been a group exercise instructor at ACAC for over 13 years while raising her three children. Christine believes true success comes from feeling confidence and accomplishment in ones own fitness regimen. She is certified and taught Les Mills Body Pump and CX works, Kettle Bell, Kickboxing, Bosu, Spinning, and Ugi. When Christine is not teaching she enjoys hot yoga and running

Kristina Cabel

Kristina discovered group exercise during college in Boulder, Colorado and began to see fitness as a necessity to both physical and mental well-being. Shortly after graduation she got her group fitness certification and has led classes ever since, reveling in the interaction with class members. She believes that strength and flexibility are as important as aerobic training and has taught various classes incorporating all of these with the objective of challenging those in her class while making it fun. In 1998 Kristina started to take Spinning classes to prepare for bike trip in Provence. Loving the intensity of the workout, she was hooked and became certified by Mad Dogg Athletics for Spinning.

Maria J Johnson

HIIT/BOOTCAMP INSTRUCTOR

Maria is a Group Fitness Instructor certified in Zumba, STRONG NATION, Aqua Zumba, HIIT, Pound, Generation Pound, Body Pump (strength training), TurboKick (kickboxing),& PiYo. She's a fulltime Music Teacher and Kid Fitness Coach Gr. 1-8 at Girard College in Philadelphia, PA & a US Army Veteran/ Master Fitness Trainer. She teaches fitness classes internationally and recently traveled to the Dominican Republic, Curacao and Jamaica.

Build strength, balance and agility from the ground up in this barefoot total body conditioning class. • Warm up with range of motion exercises to increase mobility and kinesthetic awareness. • Rev up your metabolism and chisel your muscles with low-impact cardio and weight-bearing strength intervals. • Define your core and glutes with mat work that matters. • Finish with stretching exercises to increase flexibility Step out of your comfort zone (and your shoes!) to reap the reward of Barefoot training.
