Gina Nostrant

Gina Nostrant, the owner of Main Line Pilates since 2005, is a lifelong athlete and wellness enthusiast. She has been taking Pilates since 2000 and has been teaching since 2002. She received her certification from the highly regarded Body Precision Pilates Studio Teaching Certification Program in Rosemont, PA. In an effort to continue her learning and training, Gina takes weekly Pilates classes and private lessons. As she continues to grow healthier and stronger, so do her clients.

Along with her love for Pilates, she is passionate about mindfulness and wellness. Sharing this love is truly a part of her life plan. Helping people make positive and lasting changes in their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is what her work is all about.

Whether its losing weight, raising children or experiencing a family cancer diagnosis, Gina knows first hand the importance of natural solutions to health challenges. She began studying and using essential oils in 2015. Though she was skeptical at first, she quickly became a believer as she saw the incredible impact the use of oils had (and still have) on her life, her family’s lives and the lives of her many devoted clients. As an Aroma Touch Technique Practitioner she provides a "massage like" experience using essential oils. Some of the wonderful benefits of this practice include reduced stress, a supported immune system, reduced inflammation thus bringing balance and homeostasis to your cells.

Growing up in a very positive household, Gina learned early on that words and thoughts have power and create a vibration. We become our most dominate thoughts. As an 'Achieve Today' Certified Law of Attraction Coach, Gina shows her client how to manifest what they want in their life by helping them identify and clear limiting beliefs.

Abby Frith

Abby has been teaching Pilates for 17 years. She was a Dance minor at West Chester University in 1997, and began doing Pilates after a terrible car accident nearly halted her dancing forever. Within 2 months, Abby was back on stage and choreographing for her annual Dance Production Workshop. This inspired her to want to become a teacher to share with others the amazing benefits Pilates brought to her life and her body.

Abby participated in the very first Body Precision Teacher Training Program, graduating in 2001 and completing over 700 hours. That same year, she received her Master’s degree in Dance Movement Therapy at Drexel University. Abby worked at Body Precision until she moved to Delaware and opened her own business, Bodies in Balance Pilates Studio, which became a successful studio that was even voted “Best of Delaware”.

Abby moved back to Pennsylvania in 2006, in order to work towards her second Master’s degree in Education, which she completed in 2012 at Holy Family University. 

Abby’s passion for helping others and her education, have made her able to use Pilates, something that saved her own body, to help others become strong, balanced, pain free, and pursue what Joseph Pilates called the “prerequisite to happiness”: physical fitness.

Anytime you are using equipment in Pilates, it is a tool to help you find the right muscles. Our equipment classes will Increase flexibility, strength and stamina, while improving body alignment, coordination, and balance. The result of this workout on a regular basis is a uniformly developed body with stronger core and back muscles. Group Pilates reformer sessions are offered weekly, and are taught by experienced and certified Pilates instructors. The group sessions are a perfect option for those with some previous Pilates knowledge.

Anyone wanting to try this program for the first time, 3 private pilates sessions are required.
