Dave has been training for seven years, working with a wide spectrum of individuals ranging from young adolescents to active aging.  Dave focuses primarily on building strength and improving overall fitness using a multitude of progressions.  He designs customized plans for each individual in order to achieve personal goals. Programs are simple in nature and most effective through consistency and commitment.   

Specialties include Program Design, Kettlebell Instruction, Restorative Exercise, TRX, Free Weight Training, Core Strength, Posture, Movement/Strength Assessment (FMS) and Golf Conditioning Specialist

Amy C Clements

Amy has been teaching in the Philadelphia area for the last 15 years. Her love for fitness started in college at the University of Delaware where she was a member of the swimming and diving team. While training in college she learned the fundamentals and importance of strength , conditioning, core and plyometric training. She loves to share her passion and knowledge of fitness with others. Amy is certified in primary group exercise AFAA, Johnny G Spinning, Les Mills Body Pump, CXWORX, Body Attack and GRIT (HIIT training). She enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband and four daughters.

Stephanie Smith

Stephanie has always enjoyed teaching: beginning as an aerobics instructor in college, to a middle school English teacher after college, to a rowing instructor after having children. While pursuing many different career paths, Stephanie was ultimately led back fitness instruction where she currently enjoys teaching a variety of classes to multiple fitness levels. She loves to motivate others to become healthy and strong and wants her classes to be accessible to all fitness levels. Stephanie believes it’s important to keep the body guessing, so she strives to keep her classes fresh and new so participants stay challenged, achieve their absolute best, and are never bored. Stephanie’s goal is to keep you moving throughout every class – with a little bit of fun, of course! In order to expand her personal education and goals, she continues to actively pursue additional fitness certifications as well. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, plus lots of outdoor activities and fishing with her family. Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in English and French from Ursinus College, and currently resides in Devon with her husband and two children.
