Kimberly has been in the fitness industry since 1980. Majoring in Theater and Dance at Temple University, she decided to try her first yoga class in hopes to discover some better flexibility. Much to her surprise she found yoga to be challenging yet therapeutic and relaxing. She also connected to the spirituality and balance that yoga guides our bodies and mind to. After many years of teaching a yoga/dance/aerobics class in NJ, Kimberly decided to focus solely on yoga. After being diagnosed with Lyme disease in 1990, Kimberly experienced severe arthritis along with autoimmune challenges. Having pain and a weakened immune system only inspired her to want to help others heal. Kimberly has trained in these forms of Yoga, Power, Restorative, Yin, Trauma and Recovery, Yoga for Cancer patients and Mat Pilates. Kimberly is also proud to be working for Unite for Her providing yoga classes to women diagnosed with breast cancer. She loves to make her classes an experience not just a typical class and hopes to help others grow and find the therapeutic results in a yoga practice that she has discovered in her own body. She enthusiastically interacts with her students exploring different possibilities for their own healing process. If you can enter a yoga class with an open mind and an open heart then the magic of yoga will never end.

Bob first came to his yoga mat in 2007, to regain some of the flexibility that he had lost over the years. He learned that yoga is much more, with movement and breath providing many other benefits, including the ability to de-stress and find a deeper peace of mind. Bob took his first aerial yoga class in August 2012, and was immediately hooked. "Aerial yoga makes me feel like a kid again. It's a great workout, and it is so much fun that time flies by so fast and you barely know you are working out." Bob completed Level One and Level Two Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Transcend Wellness and Yoga in 2013. He tries to make each class challenging and fun for his students, allowing them to grow their practice and build self-confidence, all while having a great time.

In the corporate world, Bob has worked for the same IT company for 39 years. He also enjoys cooking, is an avid runner, and a workout junkie. Bob has been married for 35 years, with 2 children and 3 granddaughters.

Tori decided to try Aerial yoga on a whim in 2014 shortly after PurEnergy studios opened. By the end of her first class she was hooked and became a regular "frequent flyer" from then on. In the Summer of 2016 Tori decided that teaching was the next logical step to her Aerial Yogi path. During her training Tori realized that Aerial was much more then just a fun hobby; Teaching and helping others advance their practice evolved aerial into a passion.

Tori has been local to the area her entire life living in Malvern and attending Immaculata University. If she isn't "monkeying" around in her hammock you may run into her at one of the many mat classes. She also enjoys cooking; working on cars, finding new and fun ways to work out; and cheering on her beloved Philadelphia Flyers.

She encourages students to find patience, compassion, calm steadiness and trust in themselves, while creating space in the body and mind, and following the breath as a guide.

Alyssa first began the practice of yoga several years ago when her mom suggested she should try it for stress reduction. For her, yoga has become a way to unplug and become more in tune with herself. Although Alyssa loved her mat practice, she began looking for something different. When she first heard about aerial yoga, Alyssa thought it sounded fun and sure enough, it was love at first inversion! She has been practicing aerial for over three years and completed Level One Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at Transcend Wellness and Yoga. More recently, Alyssa received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate at Stillpoint Studios. She likes to bring a fun, light-hearted approach to her classes while still focusing on proper alignment and breath. She hopes that her students will also uncover the many benefits of yoga for themselves.

Desiree Cipolloni is a graduate from Thomas Jefferson University with a Bachelors’ Degree in Cytotechnology (1996), which has afforded her the opportunity to nurture & strengthen her skills to work independently, as well as in small groups as she was employed in both the private laboratory and hospital settings. She has recently taken courses in Communications and Theology at Immaculata University and is currently considering a Masters Degree in Education with a concentration on Social & Emotional development through Neumann University.

Being a full-time Mother of two has truly inspired her to stay curious, creative and determined to keep growing on all levels. She considers herself an “Eternal Student” to the core and continues to challenge herself by taking classes in yoga, meditation, cooking, piano… even swimming and all at the age of 40! To her, there is no greater reward than learning something new and passing it on to others. “Pure Inspiration Book Club” was born through her passion for learning more on all topics that truly matter. By exploring the works of the current spiritual teachers & authors of our time, she has created an opportunity for community building and bonding in what she calls her “Mat-Chat’s”. There is nothing that excites her more than experiencing major “A-ha” moments together as a group & watching the Book Circle discussions grow on many levels…one conversation at a time. Desiree is motivated to organize more book club gatherings and classes to come & to also create spiritually themed workshops and retreats in the future.
