Sharon instructs the following:
  • FLOW with the BUNNS
  • Just in time for Thanksgiving, please join us for a family-friendly yoga class with bunnies!
     
    These beautiful creatures teach us so much about grounding, acting in the face of fear, and building trust. We will be exploring these themes in a 60-minute gentle yoga flow, culminating in a mindfulness session featuring our furry friends. All proceeds from this donation-based class will go to Luv-N-Bunns Rabbit Rescue, an organization that facilitates the rescue and adoption of abandoned bunnies in the Greater Philadephia area. Funds raised from this event will go towards items such as medical and general care costs for rescued rabbits. LNB is carefully choosing buns that they know have a good temperament around people, please do not bring your own bunnies as they may stress out the LNB bunnies.

    Minimum donation:
    $25 per ticket or 2 for $40
    Children 6-12 years of age (must be accompanied by an adult attending the class)

    Light refreshments will be available after class and is open to everyone - Meet Liz from Beauty Counter - proceeds from her sales will be donated to LNB. Beauty Counter is cruelty free.

  • VINYASA YOGA & MEDITATION
  • Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. Good for those starting their journey into yoga, more experienced Yogis that want to fine tune their practice, or those looking for balance, alignment, functional strength and a deep stretch. This class will be customized toward the students in attendance. Come to your mat for strength and peace. Heated, 80-85 degrees
     
    Enjoy a simple meditation practice available to all at the end of class. Reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Take a deep breath, and get ready to relax.
