“As an avid health and fitness enthusiast all her life playing tennis, rock climbing, and practicing yoga, Jesse was drawn to massage field as a way to help people stay active as long as possible. Starting her practice in 2014, Jesse quickly realized massage was one of the best ways to treat soft tissue injuries. Over the next seven years, she would discover her passion for treating back and shoulder pain and helping her clients recover from their injuries. For her, there is nothing better than helping her clients to continue and thrive in their wellness routines.

 

Jesse is certified in cupping therapy, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, medical massage for back pain, and continues to educate herself as the field of massage grows. She works with each client individually to determine which treatments will work best and help them achieve their goals.
