AERIAL INSTRUCTOR

After moving to the area from the Midwest, Rochelle found working out to be an outlet to relieve stress, unwind from work, keep healthy, and meet like-minded people. Rochelle took her first aerial yoga class in April 2016 and immediately fell in love with the aerial practice of inversions and yoga poses using the hammock.

She completed the Level 1 Aerial Yoga teacher training from Transcend Wellness and Yoga. As an aerial teacher, her goal is to create a positive, fun, and safe atmosphere where you can find your strengths, let go, and challenge yourself.

Join Dora in this workshop that will include everything you need to massage the “whole” body, including the mind and the spirit: movement, deep stretching, meditation, essential oils, hands on assists, as well as Tibetan sound bowl healing and massage.

Dora will guide you through a practice to help you deeply release, stretch, and restore every single part of the body. As you flow through guided poses, you'll be enveloped in soothing sounds that enhance your meditation and mindfulness experience. Join us for an afternoon of deep restoration, where you can escape the stresses of daily life and reconnect with your body and spirit. Embrace the calming energy and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized!
