STRENGTH & CONDITIONING INSTRUCTOR AND PERSONAL TRAINER
Lindsay is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and TRX Specialist who has been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years. Learning and growing as a trainer is one of the most important things to her, but also sharing her passion for health and well being. She loves incorporating fitness into her life any way she can whether it be lifting, hiking, paddle boarding, yoga... always open to finding new ways to move her body! Outside of the studio I’m usually spending time with my two amazing kiddos, two adorable doggos, reading, cooking or just sitting outside soaking up the sun.
Struggling with form? This workshop is designed to slow things down and lock in that essential form to ensure you're getting the most out of your workouts. We will be focusing on moves that are the fundamental building blocks of fitness to help with executing exercises properly, increase mobility and prevent injury.
