If you are looking for a way to decrease stress and anxiety, as well as increase your flexibility and balance, consider tai chi - an effective and ancient art that embraces your mind, body, and spirit. Once used by warriors for self- defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful meditation-in-motion that promotes wellness and serenity through gentle, flowing movements. Tai chi has multiple physical, mental, and emotional health benefits, and new research is showing it to be a valuable component in maintaining health.
Anyone can do tai chi because it puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. If you have preexisting health conditions, please consult your health practitioner before engaging in tai chi.
Please wear loose fitting clothes for a better flow of chi. It is preferred to not wear leggings
