A former dancer, the movement of yoga drew Jen to the mat in 2016. Quickly Jen discovered the benefits of yoga beyond the physical practice as she noticed how her life began to transform outside of the practice to help her manage her busy and stressful corporate career and quickly immersed herself in the practice of yoga of mediation. As Jen deepened her exploration of yoga, she took part in the first Inside Flow teacher training that took place in the United States and is thrilled to help bring this form of yoga to the United States. Jen is a 200-hour yoga alliance certified teacher who is certified in mediation and is a silver Inside Flow teacher.
Inside Flow uses the principle of "spanda", the vibration and pulsation of life, along with music to flow to feel the beat to connect movement to the heart. An evolution of vinyasa yoga, in Inside Flow you are signing a song with you body to move with the beat of the music to connect to your mind, body and spirt.
In this 75 minute class you will be led through creative sequencing that allows you to listen to your heart, feel the beat of the music, express your yoga and just move. Jen will break down the movements to give you time to learn.
