Josh Finley spent several years working as a physical therapist and athletic trainer for the US Ski and Snowboard Association based in Park City, UT and was the primary therapist for the US Freestyle Ski Team which consisted of Mogul and Aerial skiers. As a member of the US Olympic Committee Medical Team, he attended the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy and the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada.
Josh is a graduate of Penn State University with an undergraduate Degree in Exercise Science and a concentration in Athletic Training. He is a certified Athletic Trainer with the National Athletic Training Association. Josh attended graduate school at Thomas Jefferson University where he earned a degree in Physical Therapy. He received an advance certification in Manual Therapy from the University of St Augustine in St Augustine, FL. Josh is also a Board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with the American Physical therapy Association. In addition he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

We will go over a 15 day Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse Plan customizable to your body-type & convenience, that offers benefits like

You may choose any 15 days between March 15 - May 31st for this cleanse. More gentle, yet effective cleansing options for 7 days or 15-21 days are also provided for people that cannot commit to the 15 day cleanse. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required to participate.
The workshop is beginner-friendly and would cover:
1. Introduction to Ayurveda
2. Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle recommendations for seasonal changes to maintain balance and prevent illness
3. Simple seasonal self-care practices to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
