Attend all dates or complete makeup homework for what you missed
Maintain daily journal & meditation practice
Practice a minimum of 20 classes with Allison, Kate or any of the other approved teachers**
Take at least one yoga class that is not Vinyasa and write a one page report on the experience
Teach one community class
Assist 3 yoga classes with approved teachers
Successfully complete a final written exam
Other projects and homework as assigned
** These classes can be taken at any studio that the approved teachers teach at. Purenergy unlimited members can take these classes as part of their package or we are offering a special $10 drop in for YTT students. (Yoga only)

This program introduces you to several major meditation techniques from the yogic and Buddhist traditions, including:
~ Meditation on the breath
~ Loving-kindness meditation
~ Walking meditation
~ Mantra Meditation
Participants will be introduced to those above meditation practice and the principles on which it is based. There will be periods of silent sitting and walking meditation as well as discussion, providing a foundation for applying mindfulness practice to everyday life.
No experience necessary.
