The hips are a common place in the body where we experience tightness that may be due to either lack of movement or the exact opposite! Do you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or traveling in the car? Maybe you love to Cycle, Spin or Run...this is the perfect opportunity to create Hoppy Hips. During this special two hour practice we will safely ease our way into the hips to release stress and tension that may be blocking our happiness and health! Many props, modifications and adjustments will be available throughout the practice as we gently free up space in the hips to harbor only hope, healing and happiness.
The practice will close with a nice long savasana complete with essential oils, eye pillows and breathe work! All levels are welcome!

The Finesse of Inversions & Backbends: This workshop is designed to create mindfulness and grace in inversions and backbends. Exploring a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, students will feel at ease to strengthen their existing practice and confident to attempt more challenging variations. Finesse in Inversions and Backbends is appropriate for those who have been practicing, at base, for six (6) months or, at minimum, those who consider themselves advanced beginners.

Come join Sarah Rose Reilly, Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher 200-hours in a weekend long Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
In this 20-Hour Prenatal Yoga Training you will learn the Anatomy and Physiology of Pregnancy, safe yoga transitions, appropriate prenatal poses, verbal queues that support the pregnant form, hands-on physical assists, relaxation and meditation techniques to support the mom-to-be in pregnancy and into motherhood, and the business of Prenatal Yoga. This training includes two formal, full-length Prenatal Yoga Class Demos, time for the students to practice teach with each other, and a Prenatal Yoga Training Manual, and Continued Education Hours that you can register with Yoga Alliance.
Friday 6-9 PM, Saturday 8:30-6:30 and Sunday 8:30-7:00 with time for one hour lunch both Saturday and Sunday and timed breaks.
Since beginning her first yoga teacher training in 2004, Sarah has been bringing yoga to everyone from the Beginner Student to the Advanced Practitioner. One of her gifts is for making the heavy, esoteric yoga philosophy understandable by creatively weaving the teachings of the Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita into her classes. Sarah teaches Meditation as wells as Vinyasa, Restorative, and Mommy-and-Me, Prenatal Yoga styles, but she also has fun teaching an invigorating and challenging Spin and Barre Fitness class too. Sarah co-teaches Yoga Teacher Trainings in the Philadelphia area.
When Sarah isn't teaching yoga, she loves walking her dog Charlie in the afternoon, doing Mommy-and-Me Yoga with her daughters and laughing with her husband and little girls in the evening. If you don't find her with her head down in a down dog, you'll find her nose up in a good book. Her hope for all her yoga students and beings everywhere is that they will experience their light in this lifetime and shine brightly.
