Pat started teaching exercise classes back in 1985 in Fishkill, NY. At that time- she worked for IBM by day and then put on the leg warmers at night to instruct “aerobics classes”.
She moved to Boston in 1988 and earned her personal training certification but as fate would have it - her day job became so busy- teaching “aerobic classes” and personal training took the back burner.
Over the last few years, I have transitioned back so that personal training and fitness classes are my focus.
Certifications: NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise, Silver Sneakers, BOSU Mobility/Stability For Active Agers.
Her passion is to help clients of all ages and abilities, maximize their potential, and make a positive change in their lives. She particularly enjoys working with the "50+set" who want to continue to be active agers and who refuse to allow their chronological age dictate the activities of their lives.
Pats Philosophy on Exercise is that exercise is a fantastic vehicle to positively impact our lives physically, emotionally and mentally. When we take charge of our own health and well-being, she believe we are all happier people.
Her personal life motto is to be grateful, be constructive, and make a difference in people's lives, realizing and accentuating the good and positive each and every day.
