Join us for some just clean fun! This class may include inversions to decompress the spine and stimulate the flow of blood and fluids, strength and balancing poses to tone the muscles, and restorative poses to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
This class is a great outlet for play, self-expression and exercise. We think everyone should be able to run away and join the circus, if only for a little while!
Be prepared to laugh, have fun, be fearless,and let go! No yoga experience or aerial experience is needed.
Minimum age is 9yrs, Max age is 12yrs
You will be riding on the new Blade ION™ bikes! This class is designed to track real power—a rider's true effort.
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 minutes prior to class time for proper bike set up. Heart rate straps are recommended to monitor cardio intensity.

SPINPower program features:
A Personal Spinning Threshold Test (PST) informs the creation of customized SPINPower training zones.

A blend of Pilates for Core strengthening and Barre conditioning to lengthen and strengthen the entire body, especially thighs and buttocks.

Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. You get EVERYTHING you need!
