Michelle K Kasker

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Cycle Fusion Level 1 Instructor, USAW Level 1 Sports Performance, Coach Crossfit L1, Crossfit Kids.

Michelle grew up with athletics as a major part of her life. She spent most of her childhood as a gymnast and dancer. As she progressed through middle school and high school, basketball and softball started to take more of a focus. She experienced “training” for the first time at Drexel University where she played softball and had her first real access to a Strength and Conditioning coach.
She earned her B.S. in Health Science and her M.S. in Sports Management.

Carol-E Ritter Elia

Carol Reitter Elia, E-RYT200, RYT500, is also an ACE Certified Personal
Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor,
She started practicing Power and Astanga Yoga in the mid 90's with
teachers Baron Baptiste and Dee Silvers. Carol has been teaching
throughout the Main Line area for over 25 years including Power Yoga
Works, Main Line Heath & Fitness, Verge, Yogalife Institute, Philly Sports
Club and Ellis Athletic Center.
Carol devotes gratitude to her many previous teachers including Bryan
Kest, Beryl Bender Birch, Anna Forest, Shiva Rhea, David Swenson, Sri
Pattabi Jois, and Sean Corne to name just a few.
Carol founded “Yoga4Kids”, a company that brings yoga poses, meditation,
breathing techniques, movement and relaxation to kids and teens of all
More recently Carol’s latest endeavor is LIFE LONG YOGA a chair based
yoga practice for those who are unable to practice on the mat.
She loves long distance cycling and the beach. She is certified in TRX,
Aerosling, Zumba, Concept II Rowing, Real Ryder Cycling, and MyRide

Stephanie Smith


Stephanie has always enjoyed teaching: beginning as an aerobics instructor in college, to a middle school English teacher after college, to a rowing instructor after having children. While pursuing many different career paths, Stephanie was ultimately led back fitness instruction where she currently enjoys teaching a variety of classes to multiple fitness levels. She loves to motivate others to become healthy and strong and wants her classes to be accessible to all fitness levels. Stephanie believes it’s important to keep the body guessing, so she strives to keep her classes fresh and new so participants stay challenged, achieve their absolute best, and are never bored. Stephanie’s goal is to keep you moving throughout every class – with a little bit of fun, of course! In order to expand her personal education and goals, she continues to actively pursue additional fitness certifications as well. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, plus lots of outdoor activities and fishing with her family. Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in English and French from Ursinus College, and currently resides in Devon with her husband and two children.

Heather Coyle

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX, MMA Strength and Conditioning

Heather makes training fun but challenging. She is always following new fitness trends to keep her classes fresh, enjoys boxing, and running competitive races. She loves sharing her training passion with others and hopes to inspire.

Brenda Elko

Brenda Elko is AFAA certified & has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry managing & instructing group fitness programs in Milwaukee, Connecticut, & locally from Great Valley & Paoli Health Clubs, The Edge in Frazer & Exton, Volant in Downingtown, & most recently Fairmount Athletic Club.

As a competitive swimmer in high school in Rio de Janeiro, Brenda has always loved athletics, but coincidentally began her passion for fitness classes at Suzanne Olson's studio in Washington, DC. Upon moving away from the DC area, she managed several group fitness programs in the Milwaukee area while obtaining a master's degree in Human Resources from Marquette University & a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.

Brenda holds certifications in: Pilates Full Equipment & Mat, Zumba programs, Bokwa Dance Fitness, PowerStrike Kickboxing, Atletica, Barre Fitness, Yogafit, Crossfit, Spin Star 3, Aerial Yoga, Core Align, Aerial Yoga, Body Pump & has developed many other programs throughout the years.

Her previous career of 15 years was with the Central Intelligence Agency where she worked for Ben Affleck's character in the movie Argo. She was undercover traveling to many parts of the world during most of her Agency career until her last assignment in Human Resources where she managed the diversity program.

Brenda has been married for 31 years & enjoys traveling & the outdoors with her husband. 

Our signature class -- interval treadmill, rowing and strength trg. blocks with Kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX along with other functional and agility equipment to increase metabolism, muscle strength and definition, enhance energy levels, and burn max calories during and after the workout(after burn).
This class is appropriate for all levels taught by our experienced, elite training coaches. Heart rate straps are recommended to monitor intensity throughout this all level class.
