Stephanie Smith


Stephanie has always enjoyed teaching: beginning as an aerobics instructor in college, to a middle school English teacher after college, to a rowing instructor after having children. While pursuing many different career paths, Stephanie was ultimately led back fitness instruction where she currently enjoys teaching a variety of classes to multiple fitness levels. She loves to motivate others to become healthy and strong and wants her classes to be accessible to all fitness levels. Stephanie believes it’s important to keep the body guessing, so she strives to keep her classes fresh and new so participants stay challenged, achieve their absolute best, and are never bored. Stephanie’s goal is to keep you moving throughout every class – with a little bit of fun, of course! In order to expand her personal education and goals, she continues to actively pursue additional fitness certifications as well. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, plus lots of outdoor activities and fishing with her family. Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in English and French from Ursinus College, and currently resides in Devon with her husband and two children.

Heather Coyle

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX, MMA Strength and Conditioning

Heather makes training fun but challenging. She is always following new fitness trends to keep her classes fresh, enjoys boxing, and running competitive races. She loves sharing her training passion with others and hopes to inspire.

Suzanne O Olson

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Suzanne possesses a broad background and expertise as fitness club owner, fitness education conference producer & educator in the fitness arena.

Suzanne owned clubs in the Washington DC and Richmond, Va area for 10 years, Contours, known for outstanding group exercise programs. Co-founder/owner and producer of DCAC Fitness Education Conferences in Washington DC, Richmond, VA & Houston, TX for 17 years, Suzanne has extensive fitness program knowledge. ACE, AFAA, Spin, Barre & Pilates certified, Suzanne has traveled on a national basis presenting fitness education workshops and as an AFAA Certification Specialist and Trainer. Additionally, Suzanne has studied the Pilates Method for 10 years with various training organizations and is a fully certified instructor with the Body Precision Pilates training program. She has also written several fitness articles featured in American Fitness,Shape Magazine and was Fitness Blog Editor for Also, Suzanne has starred, presented and created programs for several fitness workout videos/DVDs.

Presently, Suzanne resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and triplet boys where she was employed as Group Exercise, Barre and Pilates Director at Club La Maison Health and Fitness Center. Currently, she is Training and Program Director at Purenergy Fitness Studio in Paoli, Pa.

In her spare time, Suzanne is a competitive USTA tennis player with a 4.5 rating, co-captain to two USTA national teams, Deltri Division one Captain & coaches the Westtown School Girls' Tennis Team.

Lydia Halbert

Lydia Halbert, Certified Nutrition Health Coach, Personal Trainer and MBA, has been in the health and fitness industry since she was Captain of her high school dance team at Haverford High School. Lydia helps individuals gain knowledge to living a sustainable, healthy life. She has guided people in choosing the right foods for their body to support ideal weight, clear skin, high energy, mental clarity and a lean physique. Lydia received her MBA from Philadelphia University in 2014, completed her Integrative Nutrition coursework at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, 2015, which entailed learning over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and health and nutrition methods from some of the world's top health and wellness experts, and she holds her Personal Training certification from AFAA.
Her personal Health Coaching practice entails health and wellness workshops, cooking demonstrations, grocery shopping tours, corporate workouts, nutrition programs and more. Whether it is through nutrition or fitness training, Lydia thoroughly enjoys working with individuals and large groups to help them reach optimal health and an overall happier self.
