Kate H Heindel

A competitive swimmer as a youth, making it to the junior Olympics, then training and showing horses was the start of an active lifestyle. Team tennis then became my passion for 15 years in both singles and doubles. I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, teaching spinning, Pilates mat, Pilates small apparatus, step, advanced double step, Hatha yoga, PIYO, Barre, and kickbox.
A graduate from Villanova University in communications lead to a career as an assistant producer of television commercials on a national level. I now work with my sister in the family business promoting the company as a woman owned and operated on the Federal and state level.

Frank Quarto

Frank began his fitness career as a competitive rower and represented the United States at the Junior World Olympics. Frank was recruited and competed at the college Division One level at Northeastern University and supplemented his fitness training with outdoor cycling and running. Frank has completed several marathons and triathlons and now focuses his interests on running and participating in a variety of cycling events both road and cyclocross. Frank has been a certified Spinning instructor for over 18 years. His energizing music, proper form and technique motivates participants to get the most out of their workouts! As a graduate in Criminal Law, Frank has a career in the field of Corporate Security working for a large defense contractor.

Julie W West

SPINNING, SPIN Power, TRX, Small Group Personal Training, CXWORX, Group Exercise

Julie has been teaching SPIN since 2008. As an avid road cyclist, she subscribes to the principle of “keeping it real” in her classes. Using her vast and eclectic music library, she creates training rides that will keep riders of all levels engaged and progressing to reach and exceed their fitness goals. As a life-long, team sport athlete, Julie understands the motivation and energy that a group dynamic fosters. As a cyclist, she understands the training value of a solid SPIN program; cyclists are the greatest endurance athletes! Incorporating cycling training techniques, anyone can become fitter, faster & stronger! Using the bio feedback metrics the SPIN bikes provide, that progress can be measured, providing extra motivation!
Julie has two sons, 25 & 21; their favorite family activity is time spent on the slopes out west. She recently moved to Berwyn where she and her dog enjoy daily walks, along with hikes in Valley Forge Park

Samantha Perkinson

Samantha ‘Sam’ has been active her entire life. Growing up “down the shore” her days were full of endless bike rides, long swims, and quite a few paddle outs on the trusty long board. After receiving a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Villanova University (‘07), where she trained occasionally with the Wildcat swim team, she attended her first spin class (on a whim) and was immediately hooked! Coincidentally she met her husband the same year and it seems that both passions stuck! After the birth of her first child in 2012 she felt a little overwhelmed with motherhood and turned her focus to fitness, which helped clear her mind, regain her strength and become the best mom to her two young children! Ultimately her “new” favorite place became the gym, where friendships were built and becoming a certified indoor cycling instructor was naturally the next step.
She has been a certified indoor cycling instructor with Keiser and ASFA since 2015.
Sam will always bring excitement, a smile, and good tunes! Expect to work hard but have fun (dancing is always encouraged)! Favorite motivational cue “YOU are strong and YOU can do anything for 20 seconds!”
